He projected the job to take two weeks and in the first 6 weeks he worked a total of 20 hours. Finally he stopped communicating altogether. At one point he took a check I wrote to a subcontractor, changed the "Pay to the order of" line and cashed it. He is in debt to me for almost $5000 and I have not received a response from him in over a month. He was a fraud, liar and a cheat. If you consider doing business with him it is you that should seek help.
