Furthermore are the menu options - they give you the choice to put your faith in the chef and do a blind tapas assortment, you let them know some preferences or allergies and they will keep that in mind. Naturally this was the choice we went for, and we opted for the premium option which includes some iberico ham and a bottle of wine as well. There were a few familiar sites like pan con tomate, croquettes, patatas bravas and a shrimp paella, but a few more unique things as well with a chorizo, a fried whitefish, a stewed beef, and chicken and peppers. Unfortunately, your experience is going to vary because you won't likely get the same thing we got, but I think that's the fun of it, especially if you're a foodie. Waitstaff was great and very helpful as well. Easily one of my favorite recommendations to stop by if you're in the city.
