This was by far the best restaurant I went to in the Philippines on this trip. They not only have the best food, but the taste was like if you were in Barcelona Spain.
The decor was nice and they have wine bottles all over the walls as decorations and to make it easy for you to choose from.
I had for a starter these crispy shrimp crochets, with creamy shrimp filling.
Then ordered Paella comes in 2 sizes, we had the Seafood and Chicken & Shrimp Paellas, and both were delicious. They rush the food to the table to cut down on wait time so the rice is not as crispy as I like.
We also had the Wagyu Tenderloin which comes with wedge potatoes and this was another great plate of food with a good cut of meat an enough to share with others.
For dessert, I ordered the Caramelized Warn Brioche with coconut ice cream and could have done another serving because it was so good.
I notice that some people had the nerve to just walk into the restaurant and walk to the other end just to catch a view of the Manila sunset from the terrace without even ordering anything, Hey the least you can do is order a class of wine the view cost money for the restaurant. read more
