Great selection of bongs, pipes and other smoking/vaporizing equipment and accessories. Picked up a Gear bong and a nice single piece glass bubbler, both excellent quality and at decent, competitive pricing. The store environment was chill and service was welcoming, friendly and helpful. When I told the service person what I was looking for she quickly laid out a few products, in various price ranges, that would suit my needs. Between the service, environment and products offered, this was a perfect experience. I walked in with an idea of what I was looking for, walked out with a smile and confidence in my purchases, no drama, just good vibes. read more

I ordered three weeks ago and I still have not received my order. I reached out 2 times to only get a one line informing me that the post was delayed. What I also learned was the product I purchased was not in stock like the website said. Now I am waiting for them to receive it so they can send it to me. They have not even tried to explain or help out at all....the worst customer service ever.....if you want to support a company that cares only about sales not the customer...go right ahead....I myself want a place that cares about making the customer happy. You suck as a BC local company and should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

It took me awhile to find the right one for me...Okay so I see it.. It's a bit over my price range ...the sales guy says we have one in the back wrapped... I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED IT THERE... I got a bait and switch people ...not even the same bong.. Am I pissed off Ya ya could say that... So I hope others will take note Plus the staff are really rude the ones not serving you but because you can't touch, don't lean on the corner ...like really that's retail these days? BC Smoke Shop - Vape Shops Near Me - Victoria, British Columbia

Terrible customer service. emailed them to ask a few simple questions regarding a fairly large ($300-500+) order i was thinking about placing. got a crummy sarcastic response dripping with attitude because apparently one of the questions I asked was already answered on their website so they thought it was dumb of me to ask. they didn't bother answering the other 2 questions. Would not do business with this company in the future. read more

As always BC Smoke Shop has a great supply of items to choose from.

So. I will update this. Ive been replied to and painted as a psycho after being told by the entire staff that I didnt know what I was talking about. I bought anothed pen from anotger company. Funny it works perfectly havent had an issue and didnt change any usage habits. Nothing you claim happened. I became irrate when I was called stupid by your staff. Say what you want. I got a working pen from a reputable company and wasnt treated l like shit. I also surprisingly have had no issues at all. Its is also funny. That I accuse you and your staff of being abusive derogatory and dishonest... And your defense. Is to hop back on yelp and abuse me further and act in a dishonest derogatory manner. Bravo. I wouldnt shop here if you paid me. SIV Trees Farmacy Lotus Land are all far better businesses with far more experience and expertise. If I could give this a 0 star I would. Because the selection is barely par to the other stores mentioned. read more

I was unsure if I would recommend this place, and unfortunately there's no "maybe", as I had a very confusing experience between a very positive interaction with one staff on duty, and an extremely unpleasant one with the only other staff on duty at the time. A friend recommended this place to me, while I was passing through town, as he had purchased items from here before. I was looking for a new bong and pipe (visiting from Alberta, I had hoped to find a better selection than back home, and I did) and was lucky to find a young man behind the counter who was incredibly helpful. He was patient, with all my annoying questions (I'm often insecure with asking these questions, but I would think that's expected with any significant purchase), and more than eager to explain the origins, works and pricing of each piece. I was impressed with the variety of items the store had, and found both a bong, and pipe, that I liked very much. At this point, I was very happy with my shopping experience. I did accept a floor item, for my bong at regular price. Had it ended here, I would've recommended this place confidently with a "Yes", 5 stars for service and products. When I got to the car, and unpacked my new glass in the sunlight, I noticed a few superficial scratches. Not a huge deal, but for the amount I spent at the store, I really wanted to feel 100% good about the piece that I bought so I went back, within half an hour of the purchase, asking if there was a new one in the back that I could switch it out for. The young man was at the till at the time, and he looked ready and willing to help. However, the other staff member (seemingly eager to close) insisted that he was busy and that she could help me. I explained to her what the issue was and despite having another one listed on the system, her response to me was, "The scratches will not affect its function. Would you like a refund?" I did not take the refund because of how good of a job the young man did but was very tempted to, because of my interaction with this lady. At a store like this, I expect to leave feeling good about my purchases. In this particular case, I left the store feeling quite insulted and not at all happy about my purchases. In the end: "No" for recommendation (simply for the off chance that you have to interact with the same lady that I had the displeasure of meeting), and the ENTIRE 3/5 stars for the young man's service and for the variety of products available. For reference, I visited your store on Monday, Aug 3, 2020. The transaction happened at 6:28pm. PS: it would be great if floor models and/or damaged items came with a discount, like many retailers, but that's beside the point and a management issue: the young man explained sadly that he had no ability to discount items, even for multiple glass purchases. read more

Have shopped here many times and have always been served promptly and treated well.....excellent range of products.

I went there today to purchase some blunt wraps. When I arrived, I saw there was an entire box of the ones I wanted on the shelf, and I proceeded to order up a half dozen in the two flavours I like. The girl took my desired purchase over to their POS system and scanned a couple successfully and then it refused to accept the third one. The explanation offered was they hadn't gotten the product into their inventory yet and therefore they would not sell them to me. To make matters worse, this was an exact repeat of the time I was there a week ago! I commented that this was the second time this had happened and suggested maybe their system wasn't working so well, and the (presumably) manager got indignant and said "thank you for your comment" in a tone that clearly told me that my comment was unwelcome, and maybe so was I. read more
