I had walked out without my coils and when I went back in, the girl got my coils but when I went to pay the owner(I believe) he gave them to me without charge. That kind of generosity made me switch stores and I won't be going anywhere else. Times are tough and that kind of generosity says a lot about the man. Nothings free these days and for the two packs of coils he bought himself a lifetime customer. Super nice owner who deserves everything good! Bless him!

No one had them or had even heard of my brand!! It took several weeks, but they did eventually find a supplier and I have been happily buying 3 cartons a month from them ever since. If you smoke something other than Marlboro or those nasty Pall Malls...This is definitely the store to go to. When I tried to return them the owner told me that they don't do refunds on items that have been opened even though the coils were still brand new.
