Said I ordered the best item currently as his favorite was the Chicken Wrap as well. Said my order would be ready in 30 min. So it gave me time to wrap up some work and walk on over since it was a 10 min walk. Got to the restaurant and I told the lady seating people down I was there for carry out and she redirected me to the bar. Once at the bar the lady took my name and went to the back to grab my meal. When I thought a simple chicken wrap, I didn't think it would be so huge. The portion for it was quite generous. I had also asked for a side of gravy for my fries and damn, it was a whole side tub. Well the manager Renee tried explaining to the lady that because the card was so old that the system purged her gift card. The woman finally paid for her food. So next is apparently her son and husband placing their order. The husband keep looking at me and finally said "sorry"! Ya right!! I told him that I had already placed my order and that my food was probably cold! This whole ordeal went on for about 15 minutes!! Renee the manager who was dealing with them never acknowledged me or asked one of the employees to help. While standing there I considered just walking out!!! I should have! Renee got my grinder and I asked if it was cold. Not once did she apologize. I live 1 mile from Mancino's and by the time I got home my grinder wasn't even Luke warm. I will never step foot into this establishment again!! I'm kicking myself for not going to JJ's.
