I went to long and Mc and bought a D18 Martin For 3999$ . even if I was wrong , he could have been much more accommodating I am a service engineer and I sm always nice to my customers even when they are wrong .

After being in Vancouver for a few days, I looked on-line for guitar rentals, not expecting to find anything. Lo, Long & McQuade popped up as the only viable option. Relatively close, too. Visited the North Van location and was in great hands with guitar rep, TARA (super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating with my requests). Rented a Kramer Nite-V for two months for a fair price. Kept me from going insane. Only good things to say about the rental process. Other staff was great, too. Will definitely recommend to others and come back again when I'm in town.
