I called back to say- they say there is a foreign name on my account that they can't pronounce and that they can't fix my issue because of it. I am the sole owner of MY account so unsure how they have now entered the email wrong, failed to correct it, and changed the name on my account. Over the years, any dispute, or travel has been nothing but a headache with this bank.

It comes in handy for things like depositing small checks for my sons when they get paid or someone sends them a check for their birthday or Christmas. I also deposit cash so I can use my Trustmark card for online purchases and paying for gas, to help prevent my household account from cyber-hacking. The prior issue was resolved earlier than anticipated. After speaking with someone I assume was the branch manager, I was able to get a letter from my employer's bank stating that my payroll check had cleared their account and I obtained access to my money within a few days. Although that was an unnecessary amount of trouble, I appreciate the fact that they informed me it was an option. Since that time, the employees at this branch have always been friendly, pleasant and helpful. The drive-thru lines are never long, which is nice considering I'm usually pressed for time. Also, Trustmark's ATM fee is only $3.00 for non-Trustmark accounts, which is very reasonable compared to a few other banks nearby.

We get our direct deposits 2-3 days before our pay dates, and the monthly fees are not too bad. I have used their Bill Pay service online since 2004, I trust them, and if there are any issues they take care of it promptly. My uncle also worked for Wells Fargo Wealth Management some years back before retiring, he highly recommends them, and I trust him because he has a degree from Berkley University, worked as a banker for many years.
