You can also do everything via an online portal and never have to step foot in the office, which is super helpful if you have a busy life. They share the building with Alabama Insurance Agency, so you can get home/auto/etc insurance there as well. Tip: Sometimes GPS will take you to the wrong location - this is right across the street from Little Caesars and Burger King, so if your gps says you have arrived but you don't see it, try putting one of those places' address in instead.

The amount of documentation I took in their office was ridiculous, but James and Theresa were so patient in going through all of it with me and helping me to figure out what deductions we could take and what else we could look at to get what we owed down as much as possible.
