I gave JK Torrance 4 stars last year as they had hauled away a lot of my stuff for a fair price. Anyway, Junk King-Long Beach did my annual hauling. I understand inflation. At the same time, it's kinda as if visiting automechanics and you just want to get it done and just pay. (No offense to the autoshop I go to. They rock 5 stars.) I needed to declutter the space and so I had them take away stuff which was expensive even with the so-called Back to School Coupon. Just did their text message survey and replied with a 6 out of 10. There are many Junk haulers here on yelp. I actually just bookmarked a competing business for future potential use. This Long Beach hauler only has 4 other reviews. Be informed and caution if you choose this one. Happy cleaning though!

We called LAN WAN over a nightmare of software compatibility issues. They made sure all software…read moreprotocols were being satisfied, as well as rebuilt our entire domain. The very first night they came, they stayed the whole night working until the morning. We were so happy with the job they did after working overnight, we took the team out to IHOP afterwards for breakfast. Honestly, that is the same effort we get from them every time we call. The response that I get from LAN WAN is nearly instant. 99% of the time they answer my call without having to leave a message. In the rare case when I need to leave a message, the call is returned very quickly. I can say that anyone who works with LAN WAN Enterprise is guaranteed an unbelievably quick response.

I had a frustrating experience involving a company vehicle at the Super King market parking lot in…read morePasadena. The driver parked extremely close to my car on the driver's side, so close that I couldn't open my door at all and had to climb in through the passenger side. The vehicle appeared to be a company car clearly marked with the business name. Situations like this show a lack of basic courtesy and awareness, especially in a crowded public parking lot where space and safety matter. I don't know if this reflects the company's general standards, but I hope they remind their drivers to park responsibly and be mindful of others. No one should have to crawl into their own car because a company vehicle is parked carelessly.

He referred to me as "little lady", "the little woman", and said "let's get you back to the babies" several times during the signing of the paperwork. I have not been so blatantly insulted, in my own home nonetheless, before. If we did not have to get the paperwork signed yesterday I would have sent him home immediately. Do not use his services. If you do, please be prepared for his misogyny and lack of safe COVID practices.

Mike gixed my imac, added a hard drive, it did not solved my issues completely but it did improve,…read moreless crashes. The imac started coming apart at the sides, edges and the internal mike appears to be left mal aligned. I do not need to use the internal mic until very recently and it registers sound if tapped on but it does not transmit. Unfortunately for me, it has been over 6 mo so the repair warranty is expired. Still, there is no reason it should be coming apart or for the mic not to work. I never did request anything for free. If anything, the adhesive tape used or whatever the resdon is the computer is coning apart, it dhould not. I thought maybe Mike would come and replace it and charge a fair to nominal fee since the workmanship proved to be less than desirable. It should have held up for many years.
