My husband said the best part of it was the beef patty. The tri tip Mac and cheese was edible, but nothing extraordinary. They threw on some meat, bbq sauce, and canned jalapeños. Overall, we spent $50 and drove 40 minutes for bad bbq. We love supporting local businesses and don't mind spending our hard earned money on good food, but this place was not it. Crispy and slightly spicy with a hint of jalapeño. On to the sweet potato fries; they were different. There was some type of sweet savory seasoning on the fries. It reminded me of Thanksgiving. I called Burgers and more and she said she was booked but would help me find someone else if I sent her our information. An hour later her husband called and said the timing would allow them to do both jobs in one day. He sent over an estimate that included a few options of burgers and seasoned fries. I had never tasted their food so the risk was great. A girlfriend of mine assured me it would be good, she had the pleasure of trying the burgers at a few winery events. Plus they offered a PB&J burger? I signed the contract and sent the deposit over. They arrived about one hour before they were set to serve. The truck is super cute and everything looked clean. For two hours they began to serve. The burgers are as good as they look. They use high quality buns and ingredients.
