After reaching out to the APS team, they responded back to us within 24 hours letting us know they were backed up with project requests but that they had availability to start looking at our project in a few weeks. And just like they promised, they came back a few weeks later with a proposal on the work with a detailed breakdown of what to expect. On the day of them coming out to our property they arrived on-time and finished quickly, and then were fast to respond to all questions we had during the follow-up process of creating our property's topographic map. All in all we were very impressed with the level of professionalism, quality, and responsiveness this team had, and would recommend them to our friends if they ever needed a surveyor.

Such an Awesome Company! We had Crones come survey a property we were considering building on…read more... Their response was oh-so quick, and they came without fanfare.... Just hard working surveyors who had done their research on my property, and they were here for two separate days as our property had some complex factors.... Crones was SOOOOO thorough, they flagged special areas, marked them on the maps too. As well as defined our property lines, added extra stakes where questions may arise. They are awesome. A few years later our neighbor dug up our corner pin.... When called, Crones was there... on time as scheduled, and using their Surveying Equipment, reset our corner pin, added extra property line stakes with flags for my neighbors sake. They were sooo awesome. Their pricing is fair.... Their work well respected. And they were all such a pleasant group, makes me wish I needed a surveyor more often. They are a solid 10 for me. Alas only 5- are allowed! These guys are the Best!

Costs were also very reasonable for such great service and good work. We were happy with the outcome of the project and even more pleased to see how Terrane stepped up to address an issue with the neighbor 4 months after the field team was onsite. The neighbor reached out to me stating that his access door was no longer usable and suggested that it was Terrane's team that caused the damage. When I asked why he had not reached out earlier, he noted that he rarely ever uses the gate but the survey team were the only people he allowed access to it since he used it last. I reached out to Terrane and asked if anyone on their team had noted anything unusual or if they recalled having issues with the gate. The office team was kind and compassionate, followed up with the field team and the field team supervisor, and had their field supervisor go out to the neighbor's property to look at the suspected damage. They were able to fix the issue to the neighbor's satisfaction. I found out because the neighbor reached out to me to say that all was well again. I am blown away by their professionalism and their willingness to go above and beyond to take care of their clients. I will gladly use this company again in the future and will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for their services. Thank you Terrane!
