If you're working with this firm, get ready to send a plethora of unanswered emails and calls and when you do speak with them, listen to false promises.
First time I worked with this firm I was promised completion within a month then was nickel and dimed over the course of 12 to get my short plat revised. Thankfully Christy, working the front desk, could relay their schedules to me and set somewhat reasonable expectations. Working with Rob and Ron was traumatic and approximately 6-7 times more expensive than initially quoted but at least it was.... eventually.... finished.
Second time I tried to work with this firm because of their familiarity with the location/project/plat and for a much simpler request because all I needed was a Civil/Ron's assistance. He claimed to be able to finish my project within a week if not a few days. Disappeared for a month, called to apologize and asked for documents. Gave him all pertinent docs and he promptly disappeared again with no email of receipt no callbacks, nothing for weeks. I finally called and left him a message which essentially said "Hope you're okay but I suppose I will never know. Wish you the best, goodbye." This is still my sentiment.
Ron and Rob are good people and competent when they're actually working but without Christy at the front desk, scheduling, organizing and relaying when they are out on vacation (and they are out on vacation often), the business does not work.
