Our daughter's hockey team was hosting a golf outing, and with everything going on between myself and the other volunteers, we completely dropped the ball and forgot to pick up the signs we had ordered. The night before the outing, while at the girls' hockey game, we suddenly realized no one had them. Panic set in. Out of desperation, I sent them a message on Facebook--fully expecting either no reply or, at best, a "sorry, nothing we can do." To my absolute surprise, within 10 minutes they responded. Not only did they reassure me, but they immediately offered solutions. While we were scrambling to see if someone nearby could grab the signs, they asked where we were--and when I told them we were at the game, they went above and beyond. They actually offered to bring the signs to us. After the game, they met me at my house and delivered them personally. I was floored. They easily could have said, "Sorry, we'll see you Monday," and I would have understood. Instead, they went out of their way, on their own time, to make sure our team was taken care of. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days. What they did was not just customer service--it was genuine kindness, and it meant the world to us. They saved our event, and for that I will be forever grateful. I will recommend MI Custom Signs to everyone I know, and I will never forget how they stepped up when they didn't have to. Thank you again for your help, your understanding, and most of all your incredible generosity. You have truly earned a customer for life.

Town Bakery is one of the few Middle Eastern bakeries open during Ramadan. Due to the holidays,…read morethey had a shortened menu with many items not being available during the month. What was available were the delectable looking mini pies in the display case in the front. Not what I wanted when I first walked in, but I can't really complain! Dozen Pies ($9.90) - Got 6x Zaatar, 3x Round Meat, 3x Cheese. The Zaatar has the characteristic earthiness and tanginess from the sumac, toasted sesame and other spices. The cheese is mild and milky. I think they only use mozzarella as it didn't have the characteristic saltiness and tanginess from the other cheese types traditionally on pies. The meat is well spiced with bursts of sweet allium pungency and a bit of acidity from the tomato. All three pie types were quite good after reheating in the toaster oven. The only thing that brings down my score is that the base bread is overly sweet. They put quite a bit of sugar in the dough that some bites felt like I was eating a dessert bread rather than a savory pastry. I will be back after Ramadan to try their other items.

I would give it a 4.5 probably but I'll be nice and round up. I only tried the bakery items…read more First off the fresh big cheese bread here is SOME OF THE BEST I've ever had. So good. So fresh. So cheesey. The meat pie, spinach pie, and labneh were decent. They heated it up for me but they were still kinda cold. The meat pies were very bread-y. I like the meat pies at kings better. Next time I'll try the lamb or mandi chicken. Mmm.

Everything we've had from this establishment has been fresh, tasty, well-made, and packaged with care. I particularly love the salads! Everything is so fresh - grape/cherry tomatoes taste like they are garden fresh, cucumbers are fresh, the lettuce always has that nice little crunch. The backyard fries are soooooo good! Fries cooked perfectly with just the right amount of BBQ sauce, cheese and ranch. The serving size is just right too! I've also became a fan of the French onion soup. Thank you Lunch Box for taking pride and care in what you do!

Ordered the Red Rueben wine turkey slice and Chipotle chicken wrap corn mix on the side $27.34 Orders take about 10-15 minutes to be ready. The chipotle chicken wrap was quite tasty, think it would have been for me without the breading on the chicken for me though. The red Reuben with turkey looked simple, but the red cabbage is slightly sweet and spicy. It's good. The bread didn't hold up on the 7 minute trip back to the office and was unfortunately soggy on the bottom side. Still tasted good. I would have liked a side of the special sauce to add to each bite. Worth a try!

Dangerous lack of allergy safety, zero empathy, and a complete liability!…read more Very sad because I came here with my husband a few weeks prior and the food was good, well, the breakfast was good that I ordered (apple french toast) ...his burger looked pretty Basic B. Actually, his words were it was "just okay". At the time, I thought it was his fault. Like, why would you order a burger at a breakfast joint? But whatever he doesn't like breakfast.. anywho I have 0 pictures from yesterday because I was so annoyed. It distracted me from pics but just imagine french toast with strawberries, blueberries, whipped cream , and (what we were told was strawberry sauce drizzled over it) I am writing this review because the level of negligence, poor communication, and awful customer service at this establishment is a massive safety hazard. My Sister and I were here yesterday around 1pm . We ordered some coffee drinks and chatted with the waitress a bit, she mentioned she had been there for over 20 years. So she worked there the under the previous names but same owners, Kikos and before that i cant recall the name . We decided to split the Very Berry French toast. My sister immediately asked, does it have raspberries on it? Because i'm allergic to raspberries. Waitress replies , no ," we don't even have raspberries here" I take a quick glance at the menu and notice that there is raspberry sauce on the Monte cristo. So I say , please make sure there's no raspberry sauce because I do see that on the menu and Just to reiterate , she is allergic to raspberries , so please make sure...and she said , no problem! Drinks come, were chattng , the french toast comes out, looks amazing. We each take one bite from each end. And we both look at each other bc we immediately notice raspberry taste. I immediately waved the waitress over to the table and told her we tasted raspberry, she said, "there's no raspberries in that, but if you want, I can have them remake it" she seemed annoyed. We were speechless , waitress then quickly left to have it remade u assume? Idk ! Even tho my Sis only took one bite and stopped eating, she still suffered an immediate allergic reaction including a swollen tongue and hives in her throat that lasted for days. My sister had to leave immediately to get medication from a pharmacy, while I stayed at the table to wrap things up. I Spoke to the manager and explained what happened, the response was completely unbelievable. Instead of apologizing, she defended the staff, saying, "She didn't do it on purpose, it's not her fault." It turns out the kitchen ran out of strawberry syrup and they substituted it with raspberry syrup. attention owners if you change an ingredient--especially a common allergen--you MUST inform your staff. Also, a server.. (especially one that's been around the block for like 20 years as she said) should know better- always write allergy alerts on the kitchen ticket. The manager offered to remake the food, but I told her, "No, please don't, she's probably not going to eat it, we don't trust you at this point." She brought out a remade plate anyway, so I started to box it up. At that point, my sister came back from the pharmacy and told me her throat was swelling and itchy really bad and we needed to leave immediately. I left the food. As we got up, I noticed they left a bill for our two lattes and only took off the French toast. We hadn't even had a chance to drink the lattes!!!!! We went up to the front counter to clarify since the manager said it would be taken care of. The cashier went back to talk to the manager, and I could see them arguing back-and-forth about it. At that point, I was so incredibly annoyed that I waved my money in the air and said, "You know what, never mind, I'll pay for the lattes." I told the cashier, "This is unbelievable. They literally poisoned my sister, but we are still paying for lattes we couldn'teven enjoy" I threw the cash down on the desk and walked out. They are incredibly lucky my sister only took one bite. Avoid this place at all costs if you have food allergies.
