This company is Very UNPROFESSIONAL. They did work for me. Turns out my wall that I wanted taped, mudded and sanded was only sanded then painted. As time went by the wall began to show signs of the work Not being done properly. Tim came out and told me that's what I asked for... Then his wife began to get even Nastier while I explaining to her what my contract said. I wanted SOOO BADLY to be just as nasty with her, but I said writing a review would be even better. These folks are full of shit,they play nice until they get your money but don't want to fix the problems that you've paid for. Save yourself an argument, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

Tim and his team were beyond exceptional. They arrived each day on time and worked hard & efficiently until they were done. I don't think they took more than a 10-minute break each day. I was greatly impressed with the way they cleaned up after themselves before they left in the evening. I have used painters before, and this was always a problem. But not with them they really took pride in leaving our home in the condition that they found it. Their quality, knowledge of the job was wonderful, and their cost was fair. We had our entire interior of our home painted and it looks absolutely professional and beautiful! We strongly would recommend them and have told many of our family & friends about them! read more

We wouldn't know how good or bad Mr. Beebe's work is. You see, we invited him out to our home to bid a painting and drywall job. When he arrived (late) we politely asked him to wear a mask when he came inside our home (middle of Covid-19 Pandemic). He literally refused saying "I'm not going to wear that!" When we then said he couldn't come into our home without one he said we were the first out of the last 37 homes to ask. What MORE reason could we have to keep ourselves safe than not allow someone who had been in 37 other homes without the respect or regard for anyone's health and safety. Think twice before you invite strangers into your home during this difficult time. NOTHING is worth getting ill for. #I won't die from stupid. read more

Tim of BB Painting Services was referred to my by a trusted friend. I hired him to paint the entire 2700 sq foot interior of my home in June 2024. After he began prepping, and painting trim and ceilings, he first painted my laundry room walls given my washer and dryer were being delivered right after I moved in. I told Tim that I wanted Alabaster by Sherwin Williams during the initial estimate which he indicated he could do, however, when he painted the laundry room it came out pure white and matched the "bright white" ceiling that he had just painted. His wife came out to look it over and she agreed, it matched the white ceiling and was not close to the 12 inch SW Alabaster sample. Then Tim told me that he does not use Sherwin Williams paint (!)-he uses Behr- and if I wanted Sherwin Williams paint it would cost me $5000 more (the initial entire quote was $19,000!). As you can imagine, I was shocked and upset realizing that he scammed me). Moreover, instead of working to troubleshoot what went wrong with the "Alabaster" color, his wife came out to help me choose a "Behr color", because apparently Behr is not able to match SW Alabaster accurately. The next day, without a call from Tim, I received only a portion of my deposit back, with no discussion, and an email from Tim telling me that he took all his equipment out of my home, and left, citing "he did not feel he could make me happy". (Of note I found a GREAT PAINTER named CAMERON WILLIAMS FROM @GREAT LAKES PAINT AND STAIN who did an OUTSTANDING job on my home - at half the price. Look him up on FB Thank God Tim "fired me"). I emphatically do not recommend Tim/BB Painting. His prices are double that of 4 other quotes that I received afterward. Tim is not honest, trustworthy or dependable (insinuating he uses SW paint on his written quotes, but instead "matches those colors using inferior Behr paint). read more

Tim stopped by for a consolation, which I requested after reading the fantastic reviews here on Google and the beautiful photos of his work. When he arrived, I was wearing a mask. He immediately asked if I wanted him to wear one, which I said I did. He said he was going to go back to his truck. I instead offered him a new one, thinking that's why he was going to his truck, but he said no, he would not be wearing one, and that he didn't want the job if he had to wear a mask. Honestly, if he had worn a mask for the consultation but explained that he didn't wear one while working, we would have hired BB. Or if someone had specified that Tim and his employees didn't wear masks ever, even during consultations, we wouldn't have had him waste his time to visit, which it seemed he was upset about. But we've had contractors come to work during the pandemic and they wore masks while we discussed projects but did not as they worked. Tim didn't try to discuss options. Instead, he left. We take care of my elderly grandparents (who live elsewhere) that have COPD and emphysema. They cannot get sick at all, COVID, flu, or otherwise. As such, my family takes extra precautions to stay healthy. If masks during consultations or during the job are necessary for your family, I would save yourself time and look elsewhere. read more

Would not recommend this company to anyone - trust me. Extremely slow (took weeks to complete our job) and unprofessional. When we voiced a concern about the completion of the job to Tim, he became very defensive and angry at us. I honestly do not understand all the positive reviews for this company. Tim & his team painted every room in our new home. We were so pleased with his work that we had him back to do some outside trim & porch work. They work quick & clean which are important when you have 3 kids running around. We've recommended Tim & his crew to family & friends, & will use him for all our painting needs. read more

Similar complaint to the other person. When pointed out issues, Tim was very defensive and even offensive. Very unprofessional commentary from him via text messages. Wanted to paint on Sunday which was a holiday, in order to finish (his urgency, not mine). Overall paint job was very subpar! Obvious over paint on edges, missed areas in corners. It was a very big job and we were very disappointed in his work as well as his extremely unprofessional behavior. He offered to do a walk through with him at the end and he seemed a bit irritated at having to do that. Even commented something to the effect of: now that we are walking through, I don't want to hear later about any issues or negative reviews. Honestly, just wanted them to leave. I fixed the issues myself after they left. We had used him for a job previous to this one and was good. I feel he got comfortable with us as customers and didn't feel he had to earn continued business. Just my overall feeling. read more
