I would give it zero stars if I could. Their services are ok but not worth the cost and their customer service is terrible. I went there once to get my nails done and I had booked online. They then called me to change my appointment to 3 instead of 4 which is when I booked for it online. However, when I got there they did said they did not have my appointment and they were quite rude and unprofessional about it. I then showed them the conformation of it on my phone and they then told me that it was for 4 but I told them that they called me to change it. They then let me have my appointment but were quite rude and judgemental when they were at fault. It was slightly painful getting the gel nails and I would slightly flinch when the nail tech got rough with filing them but she just moved my hand back into place and continued. She should have held the nail down when filing but she didn't. Also they did not wash my hands before starting which considering the price and the fact that I was getting gel nails should have been done. Their supplies was clean so I decided to make another appointment with them, thinking that the bad customer service was a one time thing. I made an appointment for Friday the next week. However, I broke one of my nails so I wanted to reschedule it for Thursday. This could only be done over the phone. I was concerned that they were going to say the same thing last time, that they didn't have my appointment if I did it over the phone without proof so I messaged them. However, I never got a response back so I decided to call. On the phone I was very clear about the situation. I had them repeat my name and the appointment time and details. They repeated it to me correctly so I knew that they were perfectly aware of the situation. I live about a 30 minute train ride and a metro ride away from this salon so it is kind of out of my way. I was nervous that they were going to be difficult about me rescheduling my appointment but the person on the phone had all the details. Later in this day I also had to go to an event so it was important for me to back on time. WELL, I get to the salon and to no surprise I was not treated respectfully. They were not welcoming and when we tell them about my appointment they deny having it. I explain the entire situation and how difficult it was to get here and the major inconvenience that it would have been for me to make it all this way for nothing. They then figure out that apparently the lady who we called to reschedule the appointment did not write it down. It was entirely a fault of the company and they were not apologetic about it. Which I find unprofessional. They did not offer to make up for it in any way, such as giving a discount or something. I cancelled my appointment with them for the next day as they are not worth the trouble. Seeing other reviews this is not an unusual experience. Never going back. AWFUL read more
