This beauty salon is extremely clean, which is very important now with the current public health crisis, the salon is also professionally equipped with the latest technology, and I even got treated with a little welcome snack, so much kindness and personal touch! The word that describes my whole experience with getting beautiful eyelash extensions and microblading is: CLASSY, and I feel that I also have a more classy appearance now with my new, very natural looking, gorgeous eyelashes. I came in at 1pm and made an appointment for 5:30. When I arrived 18min early, I was told they were…read morewaiting for a 5pm client. After waiting 2 or 3minutes, the nail tech said she could get me started but if the 5pm client showed up, she would have to pause my service and take the other woman who was now almost 20min late for her own appointment. I asked how long the other woman would take and she said 20-30minutes. I let her know that doesn't make sense to me and canceled my appointment. If someone is over 15min late for their appointment, why on earth should they be allowed to interrupt mine? I even offered to just wait until 5:30 but the woman informed me that if the other client showed up after 5:30, she would still pause my service and take her. Bad policy in my opinion. The photos online look like good work but I don't want to go to a place that would give priority to someone who doesn't respect their time or mine.
