    Describing it as the worst manicure I have ever had in my whole life, would be an understatement to…read moremake. I went there today planning to have my gel removed, manicure and nail polished. I was even considering having my eyebrows waxed, but the lady claimed that waxing is really difficult implying that she does not have the capacity to do. It all started as the lady struggled to remove the gel colour and had to use the file for several minutes on each nail to have it removed destroying my nails. Then she started cutting my nails. She was so inexperienced, she did not know how to properly use the file, ending up leaving traces on each of my fingernails that needed to be buffed. As she was proceeding to my other hand to do the same, her boss called and asked her to leave. So a colleague of hers replaced her. The bad news for me was that she was even worse than her colleague. I struggled so much in order not to grab the file from the hands and do it myself.. I even asked her if it was her first time doing manicure, which she replied evidently annoyed that "of course not". Anyway to cut the long story short. After 1 hour and 20 minutes of battling on my fingernails, I decided that I have had enough and told her that I did not wish to continue with the application of the nail polish. By that time my fingernails were so short and uneven from one another (you couldn't find 2 same nail lengths on neither of my 10 nails) and the one was bleeding from her inexperience and unprofessionalism. I had asked multiple times where her manager was but she would always tell me that she had left and that she wasn't returning back for the day. At the till...She told me that it was 27 EUR!!! 6 EUR for the gel removal and 21 EUR for the manicure. At that point I had lost my temper and wouldn't accept paying 27 EUR for wasting my time and not even receiving a proper manicure. So, I asked her to call her manager, something I had to do more than 3 times until she ended up calling her. Upon showing the "manicure" result to the manager of course she agreed that it was not good, but then claimed that she had never had such a problem with none of her customers before. What she did after hearing to my complaints she applied a discount of 4 EUR. Really, do not even pass outside of the premises. It is a warning! Highly unprofessional. Highly inexperienced.

I like cosy, clean and tastefully decorated spaces. There needs to be a warm, safe and luxurious feel to the place and I avoid clinical over the top contemporary modern style or places where the girls have these vulgar manicures - no offense. Spasiba is well located on Boulevard de Waterloo. There is plenty of parking outside, so no stress. On arrival you are given a thick cotton dressing gown and comfortable slippers. Then you go through the doors and enter a safe haven of calm. A waiting room lit by candle lights, with oriental sofa beds filled with cushions and curtains for privacy. A sauna and a hammam are also an option prior your massage. After using the spa facilities, relaxing and drinking a infused tea which is placed at your disposal on a table in the waiting room, you are called for your massage. By the time it is finished you can go back to the waiting room and relax, use the spa or take a shower and go home. Last time my massage was so relaxing that I slept for 2 hours straight after! I would give you the names of the masseurs I recommend but if I do that then I might not be able to get appointments for myself any more! I recommend this place and for you to discover!!

The brand is OPI. On the same evening, the nail polish already started to chip!!! I had to remove it a few days after. the situation is the same for my friends. Apparently it's not common to apply any top coat after the nail polish. With such a poor quality service I won't get back! At least when I apply some nail polish at home it never chips that easily because I put top coat. I feel like I've wasted my money!!!

The service appalling. We feel mistreated and stressed. We are so indignant at how other customers were treated. Who will answer for this horrible service? Our appointment was booked a week in advance and we arrived giddy with excitement at 6:00pm sharp. We were received poorly and told to sit and wait. We never offered a magazine, nor a beverage, nor a warm welcome. Out of the two women at Mybar, the first and older woman quickly pretended we had booked express services instead of complete manicures and pedicures and complained non-stop to her colleague about her other colleague who was sick and had left them in the lurch. After 20 minutes, my friend was seated and her feet were place in almost-cold water which went on to become even colder by the time it was 18.57 and the younger mybar girl walked up from an eyebrow threading walk-in to announce she was ready to do the pedicure. When we told her it was outrageous and that we were leaving, she started to argue that it hadn't been that long instead of apologizing. My nail varnish session-by the older woman was rushed, uncomfortable, she tapped her fingers angrily when she wanted me to dry my nails in the UV machine and made passive-aggressive comments all the way through. When I said it was just a matter of calling us to either cancel the appointment or not taking more clients than they could handle, her only response was that they didn't have time to make the call. They did ironically have time to: - take 4 new walk-ins while we were seated. - She also had time to berate a client for using a plug to charge her phone, till the client, who had already been waiting for over half an hour left. - and time to make the other clients so uncomfortable that they simply exchanged miserable looks, stayed silent and left as soon as they could. - talk in Arabic to her colleague while her other customers talked in French. - pretend she did not understand when I translated from English to French for English-speaking clients who had arrived for appointments but who were told rudely to return or wait. They have an "only cash" handwritten sign, which required I borrow money of my friend to pay for my rushed, uncomfortable service. I feel cheated out of the money. Especially since each time a new walk-in would come in she would explain that my nails were a quick affair that only required ten minutes of her time. I am very sorry for both the employees if they were stressed at the amount of clients coming and going. I understand that they felt overwhelmed because they were short on staff. However, this should never be an excuse to mistreat clients so badly. On the contrary, we were in such a great mood and looking forward so much that we easily could have waited happily with good communication and good service! We did not have to pay the price for their bad moods. In a service industry having such awful service makes no sense at all! Are they closing soon? Only this would explain such lousy treatment. Pity we can't give them 0 starts!
