They were getting ready to close but he spent extra time to even help me with the form so that I could submit the form to get the tax back at the airport. And it has been almost as long that I offer their treatments to my loved ones through gift certificates. I usually go to one of their beauticians (Aurore) but I have also had treatments with another one and I have been delighted with the results each time. The rooms are quite small but comfy and the atmosphere is soft and relaxed. The treatments are thorough, the body and mind come out refreshed and renewed and the next appointment is generally on the agenda before I leave. I highly recommend this place, which is as discreet as it is worthwhile. I called the spa after booking online, paying, and receiving a confirmation email, only to be told on the phone that there was actually no availability for the appointment for which I'd already paid. I am not sure at what point I would have been informed of this had I not called to make a minor change in the service (would I have shown up and been turned away?), why their website allows the booking of and pre-payment for appointments that are not available, and why the employee I spoke to had no idea how to fix the situation and needed to call the owner, leaving the situation completely unresolved. They had no idea how to refund my payment or use the Paypal system, and tried to get my bank account number rather than simply refunding the Paypal charge. This spa has no business accepting online payments if it does not keep track of the online booking system and thus cannot reliably provide the services for which it is being paid. UPDATE: Heard from no one all day after staff promised a refund "right away" and when I eventually called to check, they told me "call back tomorrow" as the manager was "too busy" to issue a refund via Paypal, a process that consists of clicking a button on the Paypal website. However, the manager was not "too busy" to send me an email right before I called, asking me why my Paypal payment was blocked when he tried to accept it (it was blocked because I'd opened a case after staff had told me they "didn't know how" to refund it). The first two visits went well, but then, they cancelled my 3rd appointment at the last minute and JUST before the Xmas holidays. Leaving me unable to find anywhere else available to cover my gray hair, so i had to go on holidays like that. Then I had a second appointment in January, which was also cancelled. Currently they don't have a hairdresser, so I asked for my money back but they don't want to reimburse me. They keep saying that they will call me when they have someone. I then said that i will proceed to take legal action and to leave a negative comment in the social media, they reply saying it is ILLEGAL to blackmail them with leaving bad comments,... . NOW, i will contact the European consumer group for help, as i've also found out that they are many other woman in the same boat as I and will have to get a lawyer as well. Because all of this, I am very stressed. And with even more gray hairs... They haven't found yet a solution, no hairdresser for over 2 months, 3 cancellations and STILL they don't want to give me my money back. I don't trust this business.

A month later when I arrived at the salon I was so impressed- great atmosphere, very chic and professional. I was sat down quickly and offered coffee where my stylist came within minutes. Unfortunately he spoke very little english. I showed him pictures, already very nervous about getting my hair done in a different country and he went to work. I was impressed with his precision in measuring the color and the number of foils however when they were taken and washed out I could already tell that it was not what I wanted. As a blonde when I am going in for more color I want to be BLONDE. I left feeling as if I became more brunette. When I wanted curls in it at the end I was charged another 20Euros and never got the cut I asked for making it come out to a price that I had no clue how they got the number. Four hours later I honestly enjoyed the experience however my hair was a disappointment and I will be getting it colored again back in America. If you go just be specific and don't be afraid to speak up.
