Greg, the owner was different on the phone than everyone else. He was so friendly and didn't make my job sound like some very involved, expensive job. He gave me a rough quote from some pics I texted and was at my house to do an accurate quote just a few days later. His quote on the phone was in the range he gave me on our phone conversation, so I was happy. Greg arrived with a helper which was also very friendly, and both respected my property and home. They were on time, gave me the best price out of 4-5 quotes and they did a great job! I got on the roof and inspected up close, and I am so happy with the finished job. I had called over 10 times since then and have never gotten a call back. I'd even referred them to my sister and BIL, and when they went to their house Dave said he thought it was about that time that I should be calling for my cleaning. This is highly unlike them, no pun intended. The recording, like another reviewer mentioned, says they are not receiving calls. I too think they are no longer in business but a heads up would have been nice. Very weird and I hope his family and he is ok.
