Yes I wished they carried more change, but I guess there are things we cannot control in life. This store has beyond cute stuff and for reasonable prices, so I will definitely come back to shop. One small incident is not enough to make me stop shopping. The staff is really helpful and nice. The clothes are just casual and reasonably priced in a great location, so I am just grateful that it is close enough to my work to be able to come here on lunch or after work.

I'm not sure if it's bc of Covid but they need to be on top of their emails. I've sent emails inquiring about returns and never received a response. Granted you do receive the refund back but they just don't reply to emails even if you have a question about sizing. They need to be stronger in this area especially during this time and all the time actually. Don't send them direct messages on IG either bc it will go unnoticed and unanswered. The best is to call (which I have) if you have any questions. However there are times when calling is not option but sending an email is. I hope they improve on this area of their customer service in the near future. Looking forward to visiting the store when it's safe to reopen.

I walked in today to look at their last "store closing" items that were 70% off. Walked around the store for about 20 minutes just looking at every rack that was left in the half empty store. NO ONE greeted me, NO ONE asked if I wanted to try on the items I had in my hand, yet I listened and watched as customers standing right next to me were being asked about fitting rooms. At one point a sales associate was standing right next to me, inches away, to hang up items and she did not speak to me. At that point I put everything I had in my hands back, and walked out the store. Very disappointing for Loft, usually they are very helpful as a brand but not this store. Since it's closing I don't have to say I won't be back anymore.
