Asked around to see if they allowed docking of jet skis and I was met with rude comments like "this harbor is for full sized yachts, you can dump your jet ski in at the public boat launch in the park". I was looking to buy/lease a slip spot to store my jetski on the harbor. Needless to say, I'll be looking elsewhere, but if you are a bragadocious big boat owner, this is the spot for you.

The staff is very attentive, they were flexible and gave us a great slip to accommodate our boat needs and had no problem letting us stay a few hours later than checkout as we did some minor maintenance to our boat before getting underway. The price per foot is also very reasonable. As of this writing the bathhouse is being remodeled.

Nick is great during the sales process, and I think we got a fair deal. After the sale is a completely different story. We opted to purchase Boat n Motors "fully refundable" extended warranty. I wasn't sure I'd keep the boat for more than a few years, and asked whether the warranty was refundable. Nick said yes. Cancel anytime, so long as you don't use it, you'll get a full refund. Decided to sell the boat recently, and requested a full refund on the extended warranty, in person. Was told no problem, but after a month I didn't get a check. Called and was told it was in the mail. Two weeks later I stopped by again and heard "we will get right on that." Nothing. More calls from me, no response from Boat and Motors. More in store visits. Finally I get a partial refund, less than half the amount paid. I called several times and was told they'd sort it out and get back to me. No return calls. Zero. I stopped by 2 more time and was promised by Nick that he's sort it out. Nothing. Called more, zero return calls. Don't believe anything you're told by Nick, including his famous "I'll get right back to you." Get everything in writing and read the small print. Don't believe anything you're told.
