We were up north with my inlaws for a week and stopped by here a few times to browse all the beautiful, colorful pieces. My SIL & BIL just bought a new house so they were excitedly exploring all the decor, particularly garden decor, for their new abode. My husband's niece also recently got her first house and she excitedly picked out several cute things for her yard like the stone owls and a couple of other pieces. While everyone was browsing outside I popped inside and saw the most gorgeous embroidered chair. It was blue with orange birds and flowers all over it. I showed it to my husband who also loved it and urged me to get it. "That is an Annette chair if I've ever saw one" he said. Alas, we are due for getting some repair work done around our house so I balked at the price and said "maybe next time!" And stepped away from the chair with a longing look. Hah. I didn't leave empty handed tho! I picked up a cute solar grasshopper figurine to add to my garden and a golden fox statue for indoor decor. Anyway, I left the shop to go browse down the street and long story short, my in-laws were sneaky and bought me the chair as a surprise gift!! I was floored by their generosity and tried to argue, but the deal was done so I accepted the gift with the kindness intended. Now, between me, my husband, my mom, three dogs and all our luggage we had zero room in our car for the chair so my sneaky in-laws also arranged delivery with the shop. A day or two after we got back home I got a call and text from the gallery letting me know the owner himself was going to be in our town the next day and had the chair with him for delivery. I was surprised and impressed that they did their own delivery (not sure what I expected but wasn't white glove service by the owner to our house 4.5 hours from them!) My husband greeted him at the door and the chair was delivered in all its beautiful glory. So yeah, this store is great for unique decor both small (cute stone owls) to large (a beautiful embroidered chair) and everything in between. Now I just have to figure out the right place to put it bc this is a chair that demands to be seen! read more

We were able to walk the grounds some and around the perimeter, you can see the wide variety of garden decor here. I saw so many items my mother would love here, so many to choose from here. They have such a fun and whimsical collection of items here, big and small. read more

My absolute favorite place up north. I visited Bayside Gallery for the first time 2 years ago, and I have been dying to come back ever since. I could spend all day walking around looking at everything the store has to offer. The staff is friendly, and incredibly helpful! read more

Lovely presentation and selection of glass-blown and rock garden showpieces. No idea why there is so many bad reviews this place is gorgeous to walk around and pricing isn't too out of wack. I'm gonna go back tomorrow and look more closely for something to purchase. A wonderful place to wander around so colorful. read more

A few years ago I was casting off my moms ashes and couldn't find flowers to lay in the bay for her. It was such an emotional day for me I was crying in the store with tears streaming down my face I was looking for flowers, but the only ones I saw that were her personality were in the owners garden. He pulled out his pocket knife and cut me three perfect black eyed Susan's. Shortly thereafter we sailed out to bouy 8 and I laid them on the glassy water and three seagulls dropped down to them one at a time, touched the water and flew up again. My dad said one thank you kiss for each of her kids... Every year I say a special prayer for this shop owner. He was so busy yet he took time for me. My mom loved his shop and we used to always go there together. It is one of my fondest memories. Thank you for giving me a kind memory on such a sad and lonely day. I've been wanting to go to this shop for years, but they're always closed when we are in the area. Was thrilled they were open on Saturday morning. However, within minutes of going inside, the owner engaged my family in talk about how Democrats don't work (?) and other inappropriate conversation for a leisurely weekend shopping trip. This little gallery was very cute and I was so excited to purchase the cute things we had found. We tried to ignore the very rude man attacking my husband outside to others because his face mask said "UAW. This man was telling the other people that "UAW and people that supported Biden were all corrupt". I'm not sure why he automatically assumed that we supported anyone but he did. My husband and I went in to purchase the things we had picked out for our 9 year old and 2 adorable owls made from rocks. The cashier, not sure of her name but she was the sweetest, was waiting on us and answering all of the questions we had about the adorable owls we were purchasing for family. That is when the very inappropriate man from outside came inside and behind the lady helping us. He continued to argue with my husband about how democrats are just awful. That's when we realized this man was actually the owner lol . I honestly could not believe that this business owner followed us inside to basically tell us we were loser democrats supporting the Democratic Party. I was embarrassed and so sad that anyone would treat a customer this way. My hubby had planned this trip for the celebration of our anniversary and the fact that I'm in remission from breast cancer. We were so enjoying every part of our little trip then this disgusting man decided to attack, not because he knew us personally or had ever heard our story or even knew us for 1 minute but because my husband had on a UAW face mask bc he is proud of where he works. We were literally humiliated and attacked. Instead of being angry I'm honestly just sad. Sad that we make assumptions and attack people for believing something different than we may believe. Come on people we can do better than this!! I 100% do not care who you are voting for! I want to know who you are as a person. No one should ever make another person feel this way!!!! So shame on the owner of this business. He even said we did not need to purchase anything. So we left. To the owner, we are an amazing, loving family. I am sorry for the assumption you made and how you treated my husband and I. We are not rich but would have purchased things from you're store with the money we had saved for our special occasion. When I go to bed tonight not only will I pray for myself and how angry I felt when you treated us that way! We stumbled upon this store when we were boating along Lake Michigan. My husband and I were both attracted to the beautiful glass and metal garden ornaments.
