The indoor and outdoor pools are beautiful, but the summer aqua pass is an additional expense of $150 which feels a little excessive.

Sad this is the only pool in the area. Totally monopolized and overpriced.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. They are always looking to improve. A little pricier than other gyms in the area - if you aren't going to attend any classes, I am not sure if the added expense would be worth it. But if you like gym classes at all.... ABSOLUTELY worth checking out.

I think my favorite part about this gym is the excellent temperature control. Nothing's worse than a room temperature gym. All of the rooms for classes (each class has it's own room because the place is HUGE) are decorated, classy, and properly cooled. They have smaller sized changing room then is normal for most gyms, but it does have two showers, two bathrooms, and two sinks. Lockers and towels are free. There are plenty of machines, a room for women only, and from what I've seen it's never been too busy. 426 looks like a big warehouse, but they've done a really nice job with it. The manager, Paul, is also very nice - you can get a free 3 day pass to try out the gym and there are a ton of different priced membership/qasi-membership options depending on what you want to use the gym for. They have a parking lot off of Rosa street, with plenty of parking.

This is among the better gyms in the area, and it has a lot going for it. Staff are fantastic,…read moreequipment is very clean and well maintained, the amenities are nice, and the overall environment and vibes are great. However, it also has a big issue holding it back from being a truly great gym. Despite having among the highest fees in the area, equipment variety is lacking for both machines and free weights. For the latter, the problem is pretty simple: there's only one squat rack and dumbbell weight only goes to 100 lbs. Several of their competitors in the area have multiple racks and dumbbell weights that go to 125 or 150. If you need to squat or overhead press and someone is using the only rack, you're out of luck. If you want to incline bench with safeties, do rack pulls, or do Romanian Deadlifts without conventional deadlifting the bar up to the starting position then you prevent anyone else from squatting. It's unfortunate. Their machines are largely a mix of Nautilus, Precor, Icarian, and Paramount, with the Precor pieces being the newest and by far the standouts in terms of quality (for example they have easily the best preacher curl machine in the greater NB area). The Paramount machines are well-maintained, but they're quite old and have relatively low amounts of weight on their stacks. The Icarians basically all work great despite their age, and the Nautilus machines run the gamut from fantastic to kind of awful. For the most part the bases are covered, and there's a few exceptional pieces mixed in like the aforementioned preacher curl machine, but there's certain holes: 1. No hack squat, which especially stings since there's only one squat rack. Nautilus makes a great hack squat, it'd be nice to see one. 2. Both identical seated leg curl machines use a really uncomfortable and unusual design instead of the standard thigh pad you usually see. Swapping one for a different machine that uses the typical design would go a long way. 3. No pec deck 4. Unusually low stack weights for several important leg machines like Leg extensions, Calf raises, Adductors, and Abductors, all of which max out at weights 50-100+ pounds less than what many of these types of machines usually have. 5. Both of the identical nautilus chest press machines (the only chest machines in the whole gym) are quite underwhelming, which is ironic since Nautilus also makes IMO one of the best machine chest presses on the market in the form of the Nautilus Leverage Flat Press. This really has the potential to be by far the best gym in the area with just a few investments in their equipment, and they could appeal fully to trainees of all experience levels and motivations. I hope to see them do so, but in the mean time it's an unfortunate unrealized potential.

Best time to go is in the mornings, as the late afternoons/evenings seem to be busiest at this gym. Gym is super clean with well-maintained equipment of various types, from dumbbells to barbells, cables and various machines to work out the different muscles in your body. Also has some group fitness rooms and a basketball/raquetball court which looks really nice, as well as a cycling studio. Locker rooms are pretty clean with showers and a sauna. Lastly, there is the hydromassage machines which were really relaxing to use, however they cost extra aside from the regular gym membership. Gym staff is very friendly and accommodating, from the personal trainers to the people that work the front desk, as well as the fellow patrons that attend this gym. Then after we got that to kind of clear out he got severe nasal and congestion infection which caused green Mucus and he need breathing treatments from the hospital. At this time the Director and I had a conversation and I expressed my frustrations. I spoke about what was the Cleaning procedures in the classroom at the end of the day. I started to pick him up and only then did I start smelling bleach or sanitizer when i picked him up. The teachers in Ms Brittany's class are young so I asked what certifications they had or do they have children of their own which I never got an answer. I told my daughter it was time to take him out. The director asked her to give them the opportunity to prove themselves to be trust that there would be no more illnesses. then about a month later he got pink eye !!! Now im really upset but my daughter says Mom you might be right this place is Not experienced enough. Now a month later he has a skin infection on his skin by his private area which we were told it is contagious and transferred by changing one child and not washing your hands or using gloves during changing time . It is clearing up THANK GOD but i worry about the scar it might leave in his skin . He will NEVER Return to this Place ever Again!!! I just want people to know that our experience with this Daycare is HORRIBLE. If your child has this same issue with Brittany's class it will not stop being a Problem. I Urge you Parents to ask about Change time and what illness are children still able to attend with illnesses that can be contagious. My daughter has to work and I had to stop working to take are of my grandbaby. I would NEVER recommend this Daycare to ANYONE

I'm still finding new rooms and amenities that make my membership really worthwhile. Most recently, I discovered the 18+ women's locker room, which is separate from the regular women's locker room and it is absolutely wonderful! It's pretty quiet in there, and it includes vanities, hairdryers, a pumping lounge, a sauna, changing rooms, and lockers. It's a very comfortable space for women, which I can really appreciate! I'm also a big fan of the yoga classes here. Tuesday night's "gentle yoga" is a great class with a fantastic instructor. I always look forward to going! There is a little bit of the spiritual aspect of yoga thrown in, but it is not too much. It is mostly focused on the yoga itself. And while it is a slower-paced class, the instructor will suggest ways to make a pose more challenging. Thursday night yoga is also a good time, and a great workout. It feels more like a fitness class, but it still retains that zen yoga energy. There are also day-use lockers that do not require a separate lock - just entering your own code - next to the yoga studio, which makes storing all my stuff really easy. There is also a lot of workout equipment! There is a good variety of machines for cardio (I love the cardio mezzanine, it's such a nice space overlooking the weight room) as well as for weights. When I do not want to workout in the weight room, I can go into one of their gymnasiums and use the free weights in there as long as there are no classes going on. In general, the Y is pretty clean and updated. The only exception is the regular woman's locker room. The staff have always been kind to me and very helpful when I need something. As for parking, the lot gets pretty hectic. It's on a somewhat busy side street off of a busy main road. The lot itself is tight and strict about the use of the parking pass. Overall, there is a lot offered here and I have always been pleased with my experience here.
