Our main contacts were Wafaa and Valentina, but we also talked with Elizabeth, Aura and Roei at times. All work seamlessly together to ensure you have the kitchen design you want. They are all very personable, have a 'can do' attitude and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. They were patient with our never-ending concerns and questions and we felt completely at ease dealing with them...so much so, we enjoyed our visits to the showroom. The only reason this is not a "5" rating is we found ourselves very involved in all aspects making sure the many details were coordinated and went as smoothly as possible. Despite that, as with most renovations, there is always the unexpected that can't be controlled (e.g. stove gas pipe in the way, heat riser pipe hidden behind the old pantry, sink that barely fit, but finally did, etc.). The staff went above and beyond and were very quick to do everything they could to help resolve these situations. This did result in some delays coordinating with the various contractors, but we all worked together as a team and it all came out amazing! We love our new kitchen and having finished just before the COVID shutdown in NY, we've gotten to know it intimately quickly!

There were definitely wet stains and other problem areas that had me unsure of being able to just refinish and stain them as opposed to replacing them. However, after a thorough yelp and google search, I came across this amazing local company with fantastic reviews. Aside from the pictures of the beautiful floor work on previous jobs, the selling point for me were the glowing reviews about everyone who works here. Customer service is extremely important to me, so from the lovely woman answering the phone and my questions, to the most knowledgeable and friendly Mickey and crew who saved and transformed my floors, Micolosi Brothers is as good as it gets. They were punctual, meticulous, and very well priced for a two day job. I went with the more environmentally friendly water based stain. Mickey is hardworking, down to earth, and as nice as can be. I will definitely be calling him again when I remove the carpet from the rest of my home and highly recommend him to anyone in need of beautiful floors. Proof is in the pictures! Thank you Mickey!
