They missed a few pick ups too- tried to say it was construction waste when it was *clearly* in white household garbage bags. We gave them grace but then they expected us to go pick up the garbage can ourselves. They were never going to deliver a new can to us. The reps we dealt with were rude and cut us off mid sentence. Loyalty means nothing to this company. We found another disposal service that is 1,000,000 times better. B'water Disposal promised us a refund in 30 days for the unused prepaid service- more than 30 days have passed and we have not yet received a refund. We filed a claim with the BBB and got an email with excuses and a promise of a refund. Still haven't received it. This company is not customer focused and they are full of excuses. Don't bother unless you like to fight to get what you paid for.

Klein is crazy busy with large forklifts, dump trucks, and tractor trailers all moving about the yard. All this activity added significant time to get in/out.

I always get a full yard here. They don't skimp and they don't jerk you around. Pull up to the red building and walk in, tell the guy what you want, pay for it, and he'll tell you where to wait. Within a minute or two the loader comes over, scoops your mulch, dumps it into your truck, and the driver waves to you. Off you go. No muss, no fuss. Price wise, they aren't sneaky. They advertise on Craigslist and they are always competitive. Some years they are a buck or two above average, other years a buck or two below but it doesn't matter because, as I said, you get your money's worth here.
