We were customers of B'water Disposal for over 20 years. We lost our garbage can in Ida. B'water…read moreDisposal failed to deliver a new one after over a month. They missed a few pick ups too- tried to say it was construction waste when it was *clearly* in white household garbage bags. We gave them grace but then they expected us to go pick up the garbage can ourselves. They were never going to deliver a new can to us. The reps we dealt with were rude and cut us off mid sentence. Loyalty means nothing to this company. We found another disposal service that is 1,000,000 times better. B'water Disposal promised us a refund in 30 days for the unused prepaid service- more than 30 days have passed and we have not yet received a refund. We filed a claim with the BBB and got an email with excuses and a promise of a refund. Still haven't received it. This company is not customer focused and they are full of excuses. Don't bother unless you like to fight to get what you paid for.

We canceled the service after two month of struggling while they were still billing. When we closed account in May 2026 with the company, they still owes me the over charged monthly fee. Called the company, and they say they can't help me since the account is closed with zero balance. Watch out for this company!! Horrible service all in all.

This time... no indication that the workers were ever running late...no explanation of what went wrong. No indication that there was a problem with the route yesterday. No indication that job was not done. No one scheduled today to pick up garbage. It was in the 90's yesterday . Took 3 calls by me and 1 by my husband to get someone to do their job. Horrible service. Would not recommend.

Klein is crazy busy with large forklifts, dump trucks, and tractor trailers all moving about the yard. All this activity added significant time to get in/out.
