Front door is 10 feet from the garbage room. Sent a video of the rodents and the state of the garbage room at 4pm on a Monday. They came by at 10pm on a Monday to set traps and 'clean' the garbage room. Woke up to rodents in the apartment. Sent that photo and the video of the rodents STILL in the garage room three days later. Spoke with the owner at 8:30am named "Iddo"...asked for a refund. He refused. Offered to move me to another place. I objected, offered to settle for a refund and deposit return. Calling 311 to log a formal complaint. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We set up in my basement because we have an outdoor entrance to it and come the first day we had people sitting out front from 6:30 in the morning and the sale didn't start until 9:00 a.m.! The crowd was big! Peggy and Sarah have a following and they advertise for you so the people just show up! My sale lasted three days and it was a HUGE success! We sold about 75% to 80% of the stuff which was fantastic! If you want to get more organized and get rid of things that have been hanging around for years, call these girls. You won't be disappointed!!

Unfortunately Tom the owner & Irene the manager, is one of the most SMUG people I have ever encountered in my life. Early on I unfortunately recommended my business partner to use them, and he received service that was Crappier then mine. When the agent was supposed to be at a CO appointment at 10am, she texts to say "GOT LATE, can your tenant entertain the inspector til I get there" the answer is no do your job. I let both Tom & Irene know I would be posting these. I'm assuming by their reactions they didn't believe me, but when you see the screenshots because unfortunately for them their thinks it's better to text than call, only loading up the case against them. The unethical things done are a case for the real estate commission, the Brokers association and the state regarding notary services that were improperly carried out. I look forward to posting the gems of the screenshots I have. One of the better ones was when my agent asked to borrow my car to drive to South Plainfield to view the house she was listing for my business partner, because she couldn't find a rental available.
