Told them about the mix up as soon as they handed my food and the kid gaslit me like it was my fault and accepted no responsibility and didn't try to fix it. Then said, if you want to order those cheese fries you have to wait in the line again. Lol I will order again from this place if the line isn't huge, but not tipping this guy 30% ever again. He isn't doing his job.

When I saw him shifting through the boxes, I said I am not the one with a preorder. He continued to sift through the boxes, so I repeated myself thinking that he most likely did not hear me. He got an attitude with me and said, "I am listening to YOU if you want to tell me your order." I get it. It is hot outside and you are busy, but you don't have to be an a**hole about it. You signed up for the job, not me...a smile and a more positive attitude would go along way with your customers. Food was served hot and was correct with what I had ordered. Part of being in the food service industry is being kind to your customers, especially when they are kind to you.

I am not sure what's up but I just don't like any of the things I've tried here. Nothing tastes bad per se, it just doesn't taste like anything. And I know it's not just that that's how fries taste because I've had some amazing fries at another food truck that visited earlier this year- IDK if I wrote down the food truck name or not but those will haunt me. Whereas these are just... forgettable. Ok: - Fries: Across the Border - Fries: Quesadilla Chicken - Fries: South Philly

I've been passing by this place for a while on Cooper and decided to stop by recently. I chose the…read morefried chicken salad. Admittedly, I was not a fan of the barbecue ranch that was on the salad. It seemed too overpowering and had a guacamole type texture that I'm not very fond of. Having said that, the salad greens were crisp and fresh, and the fried chicken had a good flavor. Overall I'll give it a B. I'll go back again and try the Korean salad that was suggested as a bestseller. The gentleman that served me was very courteous and nice. I love this 'relatively fast' food healthy choice option for the neighborhood!

I got the lobster mac and cheese sandwich which was phenomenal. It was packed full so much that when you took a bite it would fall out (good thing in my book). The price was super fair in my opinion. I recently judged the Best Memphis Burger competition and sadly to say this burger was NOT in it. I think this burger goes toe toe with the grand champion Elboe burger! After a brief conversation with Jared (owner ) about the event he told me that someone else that judged the competition said that he actually had the best burger in Memphis so I had to see for myself.... This amazing thick juicy double patty burger with Gourmade aioli sauce, white cheddar cheese, a peppered green, butterd pickles and pickled red onion (which I admittedly took off because onions make me gag) sorry if that was tmi. But this burger was cooked perfectly and the seasoning was just outstanding with flavor and the brioche bun that was soft but yet firm enough to hold everything together. Cannot stand the adoption by expensive places of the "authentic" Mexican Street tacos as these avaricious morons inevitably attach an outrageously high price to what - by definition, should be cheap. By contrast, the misnamed "El Burrito Express" offers street tacos for 99 cent (Pollo). I chose 3 Bistek street tacos with default toppings of onions, Serrano pepper and cilantro. escabeche was included as was a lime wedge, cucumber slice and an amazing green sauce. As a fan of extreme piquant, also requested the hottest sauce they had which was the green. After eating them I had that near miraculous taste of the highest piquant absent the excessive capcasin developed by "cheating". 5 stars!! Will go back!!
