My experience with Pure and Simple Pool Care was very poor. I paid $180 per month for their "Full…read moreService" package starting in May 2025, which was supposed to include weekly cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks. Despite this, no one serviced my pool for the first month, and I was still charged in full. Over the next several months, key services like filter cleaning and equipment inspection were not performed. I later discovered my pump had failed, only to be told technicians hadn't entered my yard because of a dog -- yet there was no communication or pause in billing. I was told the company would "make it right" with a free replacement pump, but the old pump was never replaced. Instead, I received a $950 bill for a "new" pump that wasn't installed, quoted at nearly double its retail price. In total, I paid for six months of incomplete service and was billed for equipment I never received. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Pure and Simple Pool Care.

Before hiring him I'd asked friends for a recommendation of a good pool service, and no one really liked their pool care services.... it seems to be a business where providers come and go, often don't show up, and charge too much for too little. This is definitely NOT what happens with Josh. He communicates well and does an excellent job. As a home owner, I find there are just so many things that need maintenance or attention it can be hard to keep up with it, but having Pure and Simple Poolcare maintain my pool makes it so much easier.
