After contacting the project's designer to find out the manufacturer, I immediately went to work trying to source them. I found out that the only place anywhere near my home that might have them was Revco. I called Revco immediately and was informed me that while they did not have the lights I wanted on display in their showroom they did have a catalog I could look at and that there would be no problem ordering them for me. I went to visit their showroom in Miller Place and was greeted by Cheryl who went over every last detail with me and even looked at my online photos to make sure the light fixtures I wanted were the exact ones, size/color, she was quoting for me. She said she would be in touch with the manufacturer and email me a quote within the week. I received an email the next day! I ended up locating the fixtures on the Internet as well, on Wayfair, for 40% more than Revco quoted me. Of course, I purchased them from Revco. I was told they would be delivered on or about April 30th. I received a phone call on the 12th, they were in almost three weeks early! Yippee!!! Because of the holiday, I didn't have the opportunity to open the boxes until today. I am overjoyed. They are exactly what I wanted. I will be returning to Revco VERY SOON to make another purchase. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!

They called me back very quickly and let me know the items were in stock and if I sent in the order they would get it processed quickly. I did just that and was pleasantly surprised when I got my items just a few days later. Quotes were provided and we decided to only do the garage work. Scheduled start Monday morning. On Sunday evening I decided to install a ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms but there's not fixture there. Jason responded quickly and after discussing, said they could get it done on the same day. John and his apprentice showed up at the earlier portion of the promised time. John checked out the garage and the bedroom along with the attic access, laid out for me what they were going to do, and got to work. The work was absolutely professional. The plumber pitched me on installing a Moen Flo to monitor the house for water leaks automatically shutting down the water if a leak is detected. Well, the plumber installed it in front of the sprinklers which I found out later is not recommended. So, every time my sprinklers went off, the water was shut down in the house. Low and behold, I got a leak which destroyed my kitchen and a newly refinished basement which the Flo would have detected if it was installed properly. NH Ross addressed the leak but it's been weeks and they haven't supplied an invoice for the services or a report on the issue which I need for insurance purposes. Nice people but incompetent in a crisis. I would look elsewhere and I would certainly not join their club which is essentially a license for them to inspect your house and sell you things.
