Well, the plumber installed it in front of the sprinklers which I found out later is not recommended. So, every time my sprinklers went off, the water was shut down in the house. Low and behold, I got a leak which destroyed my kitchen and a newly refinished basement which the Flo would have detected if it was installed properly. NH Ross addressed the leak but it's been weeks and they haven't supplied an invoice for the services or a report on the issue which I need for insurance purposes. Nice people but incompetent in a crisis. I would look elsewhere and I would certainly not join their club which is essentially a license for them to inspect your house and sell you things.
