Had a dual problem, Microwave kept tripping the breaker and one AC unit kept tripping the breaker…read more I called All Wired Up out of the blue without doing much research on the company because I needed the AC fixed as soon as possible. I spoke with Archie who took the time to listen to my issues and discussed possible causes. Austin and Nick showed up the same day, diagnosed both problems which were difficult to figure out. Fixed both issues on the spot. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. When done, the bill was reasonable for the work performed. It was very fortunate that I chose All Wired Up. I recommend them without hesitation. They did a great job. I was comfortable with Austin and Nick and at the end, the cost was fair.

Joe came, scoped out the work, made a copy of the entire report, wrote up a thorough estimate, and I waited. The phone staff were very patient with me because I was nervous they would not want to do all the work that needed to be addressed! After I approved the estimate, Jerry arrived, and he and Gabe methodically plugged away at each issue. As the day progressed, I became more impressed with Jerry's integrity, professionalism, character and wisdom. Instead of saying they'd be back to finish the work another day, Jerry called in Aiden and Vitor, and they completed everything! I am so grateful for the excellence, teamwork, patience, and positivity of everyone who helped me! Thank you! You are the best!

When I mentioned the issues I had with him he cursed me out and called me sensitive. A dishonest electrician that thinks they know everything. Took advantage of me when upgrading my service panel to 200A. Installed it sloppily and insulated his work with paper towels. Also cut the grounding rod by 3ft which is a code violation. When I sent him the picture he said "it's all I had in my truck, i had it in my notes to come back to your house and re-do the ground rod" but it's been 3 months and he never told me that was an issue. Also what licensed electrician is driving around with a 5ft ground rod, beats me. Sounds like an excuse. Also didn't replace the GFCI breakers in my panel, despite saying he would replace all the breakers. Probably wanted to save money instead of doing the right thing. Had to pay another electrician to fix all the mistakes.
