If you have a full time job it's impossible to be seen without taking a whole day off work. Even if you're appointment is scheduled for early in the morning plan to be there all day because theyre late starting appointments do it's impossible to know when you'll be done. Was informed they require you to have appointments every month to stay on your mental health medicine or they'll cut you off. The thing is though they pick and choose when to enforce that policy because I was getting refills without monthly appointment then they decided one day I don't need my meds anymore. Lol They do offer virtual appointments but their technology isn't advanced enough or their WiFi is to weak. You can barely have a conversation and understand the Dr. I will say Dr. Saleem is nice and is a good doctor, however how the practice is run is incredibly unorganized and the policy's are not practical. RUN away before going here if you have a full time job and have regular medications. This Dr office is for people who have all the time to work around their schedule or elderly patients with no set schedule. Thank God open enrollment is back so I can switch insurance and get back to a real Dr office. I've had better care and compassion at a free mental health clinic in the hood. Next I go for upper and lower GI. They took biopsies. Then x-rays of my stomach. That was 2 weeks ago. No one has called with results. I called this morning and asked if I was suppose to follow up? They said a nurse would call me today. Being that I am never sick, I didn't know results took so long. A friend told me her mother had biopsies done in Paris, TX, and received the results the next day. Well this is Dallas so I guess they are behind. The longest 2 weeks of my life. I had to reach out to them every time about my prescription and they returned the call either that day or the next. I am not sure if these doctors are required to take a medical oath but common courtesy goes along way. If you choose to be treated like a number, this is your place. I felt on my first visit I was going to be taken care of. Even my female intuition had me comfortable. But once you leave, it's self serve. Now I have to wait another week to see my primary care doctor. He will have to give me another referral. Due to HIPPA, (lol) I can't tell you my issues, but my blood work didn't come out well. The prescription is not working at all, and no one basically cares. It leaves me stranded. Second opinion needed for sure. And in the mean time, trust me ~ I have no reason to lie, I am sick and needed help. Still waiting on my return call........ ZERO STARS IF I HAD A CHOICE. We all make choices and in "my opinion only" about the above issues, it was a choice by referral. Please do your research! ***UPDATE: They returned my call only to inform me they would get back with me later that day or tomorrow. So this is tomorrow- they called and advised me to get an OTC med. and they said the doctor needed to see me in 2 to 3 weeks. So while she was on the phone she schedule my appointment for exactly 1 month to the day away. I said, I thought 2 to 3 weeks??? She said, "Ahhhhh, got you down for the 19th" End of story !!!
