I'm not sure if this is a teaching hospital or what, but no one here on staff seems to know what they're doing. My father came here because we thought he had sepsis. He had multiple tests done and when we asked what the results where, it's was always "I don't know". One of the nurses asked if I wanted to take a photo of the results so I could know what was on there and I was like "Isn't it your job to explain that to me? I can't understand that". Our nurse was very nice, but she also barely spoke English so there was many misunderstandings about my father's treatment. Everyone is kind, but very clueless. Couldn't help us figure out how to turn the lights on in the room as well. read more

We were in a bad accident Friday night and the ambulance took my granddaughter and her boyfriend to Lakepointe which is now Baylor Scott and White. My husband and I followed in a Rowlett police car. I have read some not so good reviews about this hospital but they were so kind and supportive with our kids. They were very attentive and went out of their way to make the children feel comfortable. Everyone was checked out thoroughly and we were all able to all go home with bruises and abrasions but we are all ok. Everyone from the receptionist in the ER lobby to the nurses and Doctors who were on duty that night were awesome! Shout out to the EMT's, Rowlett police and to the other emergency services that showed up that night to help us, thank you! You were all so nice, helpful and supportive. read more

While there were a few nurses who were genuinely kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable during recovery, the guidance and support surrounding my baby's feeding -- one of the most critical parts of newborn care -- were completely inadequate and filled with misinformation. Immediately after birth, my baby showed no interest in feeding. I was told by multiple nurses that this was "normal" and that babies born via C-section often have amniotic fluid in their stomachs that keeps them "full." I asked repeatedly if it was normal for him to go so long without eating and whether I should begin pumping to stimulate my milk supply. Each time, I was brushed off and told to "just keep doing skin-to-skin." I was never offered a hospital-grade breast pump or given any meaningful guidance on how to ensure my baby was getting the nutrition he needed. For over six hours, my baby barely ate. When he finally did, it was only for a few minutes and extremely painful. I continued to express concern about how long he was going between feedings, but every nurse I asked insisted this was fine. I was told his stomach could only hold "a teaspoon" at a time -- a statement that I now know is completely false. Not one person took the time to properly assess the situation or explain what steps I could take to encourage feeding and support my milk production. What makes this worse is that even the lactation nurse, whose specific role is to assist with breastfeeding and milk supply, did absolutely nothing to help me. She did not attempt to guide me through a feeding, observe a latch, offer techniques, or explain how to stimulate milk production when the baby wasn't eating. I was left to figure it out alone, in pain, and increasingly anxious about my baby's lack of interest in feeding. By discharge, my baby had fed poorly the entire hospital stay, and I continued to experience significant pain during feedings. I specifically asked the discharge nurse to check for a tongue tie because of the pain and shallow latch. She looked briefly and said there wasn't one. The very next day, my pediatrician immediately identified a tongue tie and was shocked it had been missed. A pediatric dentist later confirmed my baby had a stage 3 tongue tie and a top lip tie, both of which were severely restricting his ability to latch and feed. At that first pediatrician visit, I also learned my baby had lost 14 ounces from his birth weight over the 3 days since delivery -- an alarming and preventable amount of weight loss. The pediatrician explained that newborns should be eating every 2-3 hours and can typically hold about an ounce per feeding, not a teaspoon as your staff claimed. Because of this misinformation and lack of early intervention, we are now having to breastfeed every two hours, supplement with formula, and pump constantly to rebuild my milk supply and help my baby regain weight. This experience has left me angry, heartbroken, and deeply disappointed. I trusted the hospital staff to guide me -- especially as a first-time mother recovering from major surgery -- and instead, I was given inaccurate information, dismissed when I voiced legitimate concerns, and denied the help that could have prevented my baby's early feeding struggles. The repeated misinformation, lack of urgency, and failure to provide basic lactation support were unacceptable and potentially harmful. I am requesting that this incident be formally reviewed and that action be taken to ensure this does not happen to another mother and baby. Staff should be retrained on newborn feeding protocols, early milk stimulation, and the identification of oral ties that can seriously impact feeding. The role of lactation support also needs to be evaluated, as the lack of assistance I received from the designated lactation nurse was inexcusable. read more

In April of 2023 I had sudden chronic insomnia.I couldn't sleep all night for three nights in a row after a lifetime of having no sleep issues. Suddenly, no. In a frustrated, desperate panic, I went here. They treated me like a drug seeking patient, although at first I didn't realize it. The doctor said that all he could offer me was melatonin. Then a nurse came and said the doctor had dismissed me. She asked if my husband was coming for me or if she should call me a taxi. She was abrupt and annoyed. I waited for my husband in the waiting room after they kicked me out, head in my hands, exhausted, bewildered, disillusioned. Terrified. It took me over a year later of absolute misery and very little sleep- sleep only enabled by prescription sleeping pills- to find out ON MY OWN that menopause and absence of estrogen had brought this condition about. I'm now on HRT, no other prescriptions, and living a normal life again. Sleeping again. But the hell I went through in the meantime which no one, not even sleep doctors could explain, made me without enough energy to function. Light hurt my eyes. Sound hurt my ears. My vision changed to the point I couldn't read because the font was illegible. I literally thought I was dying, always terrified. On more than one occasion my husband was there with me, begging them to help me. They were soldiers at the gate, not wanting to admit me. No one ever suggested menopause/estrogen. Only said "We're not set up for insomnia." Their lack of compassion was exceptional. A nurse at one of my visits when I had no energy and JUST WANTED HELP told me that I was taking a bed away from someone who actually needed it. So yeah. Can't recommend. Not at all. read more

I delivered my baby girl at Lake Pointe last week via C-section and the type of care i received was beyond amazing! I'm so thankful for the wonderful staff that I encountered, starting with obgyn Dr Do, Kaytlin, Dr. Sistla, Aseye, Anju, Brandy, Natalie and others that really made the care quality stand out. read more

NO! JUST NO!! I wish there had been time to review the other yelp reviews ahead of time, but then again it was an emergency! Was told all 14 ER rooms were full; the person I was with was brought out to the waiting room in a wheelchair, with a blood pressure cuff on, after having been brought in via ambulance. Saw more patients in the waiting room with blood pressure cuffs on; some being checked occasionally; only two physicians on shift. Wouldn't that have been the time to call in additional resources?! Four hours in the waiting room! Yikes! read more

This is is solely about the doctor who pronounced my husband deceased and needs to sign the death certificate so we can move forward with cremation. Please note that ALL of our other experiences with Baylor in Rowlett were positive. The nurses and other doctors were great. Suresh Belame, MD Hospitalist NPI: 1356667612 Dr. Belame is ignoring all calls from the funeral home. They are simply requesting the doctor sign the death certificate (black and white cause of death, no questions), and he has not responded or signed as of the 11th day since the death certificate was requested and 13th day since my husband passed away. We are now going into a weekend so it will be at least 3 more days before anything is POSSIBLY done. If you go to this hospital and lose a loved one, please make sure you do not have this doctor as the person pronouncing the time of death, etc. He will cause your family extra grief and problems. read more

We have been going since 2015. My husband had his double heart bypass surgery here. He has gone here for other issues as well. Over the past couple of years they have really declined. We had to go there again in July 2025 due to a piece of chicken getting stuck in his esophagus. It was a horrible experience. No communication at all in the ER. We stayed all night in the ER before being told they had admitted him until a Dr came in the next day to get him and take him to the surgical room to remove the chicken in his esophagus. The Dr was excellent himself and communication with him and his staff was excellent but we will never go back there again after this horrible experience. We came from Wylie and we will definitely go to a hospital closer to home now since they have gone so downhill. read more

Holy sh*t balls. . . WHERE DO I START!!! This was the absolute worst hospital experience and first baby born experience in my life!!! My wife was admitted to the hospital early 2/10/2025. She had to have an emergency c-section because her water sack was ruptured. Upon getting to the hospital couldn't get ahold of our delivery Doctor (Dr Ward) to inform her of what was happening! Once we got to the hospital to be admitted the front desk associates were rude as hell and didn't move with any since of urgency. The doctor on staff wanted my wife to hold out on giving birth till the coming Sunday already knowing she was leaking embryonic fluid from the test that they ran and the ultrasound. Common sense knows they should have induce her into labor right then and there! They moved her to a pre-labor and delivery room that was dirty, nasty, had a smelly odor, and was small. Shortly after we got to the room the first nurse was terrible. She couldn't draw blood to save her life she literally stabbed my wife in her left forearm and later said I'm sorry we're going to have to stick an IV in your hand. Her forearm is still swollen as we are still in this hell hole of a hospital. Here comes the worst but one of the juiciest parts of this review! Dr.Ward order the nurses to put a monitor on my wife's stomach to measure contractions, our baby's heart rate, and my wife's heart rate! They measure my wife's embryonic fluid again and it dropped drastically lower than doctors recommended numbers of 8. Meanwhile they are still telling her to hold out until the end of the week! Knowing there is a high probability that if my wife doesn't give birth immediately it could be lethal for our child!!! The nurses during her time before having her c-section had terrible bedside manners and were lazy as hell. Like to the point we should have called the nursing board for negligence and patient abandonment! If I remember correctly nurse Sierra took the monitors off my wife's stomach and I had to raise hell to get her to put it back on her because of my baby's fluids being so low. Sierra first response when I asked for the monitors to be put back on was Dr. Ward said to take them off and that there is no need for my wife and child to be monitored every 4-6hours. Knowing our situation I asked again during this same conversation for the monitors to be put back on my wife's stomach Sierras response the second time was that the hospital was short staffed and by putting the monitors back on would make my wife a 1-1 patient. In the most disrespectful manner the hospital being short staffed is not our f*cking problem!!! So after raising hell she finally put the monitors back on my wife. Not to mention but they drew blood from the same spot on her right arm 8 times and to this very moment on 2/28/25 she still has a large bruise on her right arm. My wife even mentioned they could've drawn blood from other areas. The ultrasound tech/manager told my wife that she will have a still born if she doesn't have the baby right now. The entire interaction was recorded. Again another individual with terrible bed side manners. That's not something you say to mother in a critical situation. Moving forward my wife and I made a birth plan and literally nothing on it was followed at all. Dr.ward had a copy and it was in our chart. They didn't want to give back our placenta after the c-section. I had to ask several times and both my parents asked several times. We all know hospitals make bank off of people's placenta let's not play crazy. We were told that we could record during the surgery and the nurses did their very best to keep me seated where I couldn't even see anything. So Dr.Ward lied! Luckily my wife's surgery was fine. But she had an allergic reaction to something they gave her and the nurses kept trying to give her opioids that she didn't want. There is much more I want to add. (I'll put it on yelp). I wouldn't bring a filthy wild animal to be born here! If your African American don't come here to give birth! PLEASE DONT DO IT!!! Take your money elsewhere! read more

My husband had a bone marrow biopsy done at the Roulette office. Staff was friendly and very informative.

My significant other was brought in at 4am with what turned out to be a pulmonary embolism. By 8am they said she would be admitted. It's now 6:20pm and we are still in the emergency room. The nurses have been awesome but tests were run hours ago and no one has bothered to tell us the results. She needs sleep which is hard to get in the ER with all of the activity and noise. The experience has been very frustrating to say the least. If one of us needs to go to the hospital in the future I'm going to ask the ambulance driver to keep going. read more

Delivered my baby 6 weeks early due to preeclampsia and had the best experience I could ask for. I actually came in on a Friday night for myself and my 3 year old and we were both seen quickly and I was sent to triage immediately. The labor & delivery nurses, especially Errin, were phenomenal. I was extremely nervous with everything but the staff here knows what they are doing and love their job. The antepartum & postpartum nurses were all exceptional as well. The NICU staff.... I cannot give them enough praise. Every single person we encountered exceed my expectations. Hospital food was actually decent, & the rooms were nice. If you are looking for a place to deliver, 10/10 would recommend. If I have any more children, I will be returning here. read more

My husband was taken to the ER because of a seizure in January 2025. The ER was packed and he was placed in the hall outside the nurses office. While in the ER he went into cardiac arrest. The staff kept into action-a nurse immediately jumped up and started chest compressions and he was rushed to a room. So many people rushed to the room, and the chaplain Kim was immediately by my side keeping me informed and calm. The ER saved his life!!! And it did not stop there. After he was stabilized he was brought to ICU--Kim made sure I knew it would take some time before I would be able to see him and kept checking on him and me so I would not be too frantic. The ICU team was incredible-they treated him with dignity and made sure we understood everything happening. Days later he was moved to a room on the 3rd floor and the care continued--everyone was so nice and supportive and ER and ICU drs and nurses even came to visit and tell him how great he was doing. He is home after a trip to a rehab facility and it is a miracle and all the drs, nurses, and support staff (and Kim) are angels sent from Heaven. We are so blessed that we were sent to this hospital! read more

I've been an RN for over 15 years. When I had my rollover car accident (rolled my car 3x, managed to climb out of a tiny hole in the crushed windshield after I smelled gas leaking), the ambulance drove me to LakePointe in Rowlett (even though it wasn't close) because it's the closest level 3 trauma facility. I had a *horrible experience* in that ER, and it was downright traumatizing! They left me in the hall shaking and writhing in pain, would not let my husband in because I didn't have an actual room. I never got a room at all, I just stayed where I was rolled in by the EMTs, in the busy hall. I could literally see and hear every word being said at the nursing station about every patient, and I watched them tend to a man with a seizure (after I alerted them to it, otherwise they wouldn't have known) --my bed was directly in front of his open room. HIPAA? The woman who attempts to collect insurance (she couldn't, because I was crying out in pain) angrily yelled out "Is anyone going to help her?! Where is her nurse?!" after the second time approaching me for insurance and my still having not been seen. She was very kind and ended up praying for me. I eventually had one scan (CT of the head). ****NOTE: NO ER DOCTOR EVER ASSESSED ME.**** After watching my nurse flirt incessantly with the EMTs that came in, smiling, laughing, taking time to talk to them instead of tending to my needs, a doctor finally walked up to my stretcher in the hall, my first time to see him, and told me I could to go home, that I did not have a brain bleed, and he added "Tylenol will be your friend". --Tylenol. They then gave me 2 Tylenol in the ER. I was desperate for pain relief, so I swallowed it. The nurse told me, in an irritated voice, that him only giving Tylenol to her patients in pain "makes my job real hard". I went home to later find out that I had alot of soft tissue injuries, hematomas on my head, a concussion, and a fractured coccyx. I have trauma from their so-called "trauma ER". I was definitely not cared for properly there. In fact, the physician must've taken assessment info from the nurse for his charting (sooo illegal!!) because the first time I saw him was when he walked up to tell me go home and take Tylenol. Lake Pointe is running a dangerous practice. The liability will eventually catch up to them. At what cost? read more

Don't know about the rest of the hospital, but specifically in the Emergency Room, they are known for being some of the laziest nurses ever. Time and time again, I have seen that they continue to uphold that embarrassing reputation. The staff always seems like it's an inconvenience to actually have to DO THEIR JOB, God forbid. I would like to think that nurses get paid a good amount, but at Lake Pointe, nurses get paid to do even LESS than the bare minimum. Stop calling yourselves nurses. read more

I just spent 6 days in this hospital for a surgical wound infection. Every RN from check in to discharge was absolutely fantastic to me. The ER nurses got me right in, they were so nice and efficient. Every nurse who took care of me was kind, compassionate and caring. Doctors explained things to me and took great care of me. I was here during a kidney failure this hospital ER was very efficient for a hospital that was over loaded they made it work. They were gentle kind and they had warm real warm blankets. When the EE is so kind it gives the people on the floor something to be better than. And they did not disappoint. The floors were spotless bathrooms cleaner than mine at home . The hose keeping staff the cafeteria and the nursing staff were untouched . Administration was very very nice as well. I am more than happy to give 5 stars to this hospital! These people have no sense of urgency, no communication skills. We had to remind them numerous times to bring lunch for a patient. The staff is exceedingly slow on (a) performing needed test, and (b) communicating those results. Approximately 30 minutes passed before an elderly patient could be cleaned after soiling themselves. When I had my 3 youngest children here before it turned over to BSW, the staff was amazing! The food was great too but then again after labor just about anything will please your hunger, lol. Only thing I don't care for is the interruption for the financial billing part and all the questions and ppwk you get bombarded with while you are just trying to bond w/your newborn and then adjust to all the nurses coming in and out for vitals and so forth. It's been over 3 years though since I've been to this hospital other than for an emergency for my husband and again, they will probably have you fill out all this ppwk and handle the financial side before even seeing a Dr. However, I do feel blessed for such hard workers and positive attitudes! read more

This hospital does not even deserve 1 star. I had my baby at Medical City but was referred to Baylor Scott&White by the pediatrician to do some labs for my newborn. When I arrived, they took my Insurance and ID then told me to wait. 20 minutes later, finally got to see registration. The process was slow, my infant is now getting fussy. I asked if there was a room or a spot for me to breastfeed. I was told to go the bathroom. Seriously?!? Will they eat their lunch in the bathroom?! This is a hospital with labor and delivery. And they don't have a mothers room? That's not all, we then went to another part of the hospital and waited another 30 mins for the technician to call us back. It took him another 20-30mins of the asking me the same questions that registration already asked me..while my baby is crying and needing to be fed. The lab part took 2 mins. This should have been a 15-20 mins visit and not 2+hours. Worse experience ever!! Will never come back here or recommend this hospital to anyone. read more

When having elective surgery scheduled one month in advance, I would HIGHLY recommend you do your research on the hospital your surgeon uses and if the reviews are not good, change surgeons. Also read and get copies of your patient rights. After a series of challenges at this hospital, I would NOT recommend it to anyone. read more

This hospital denied a life saving monoclonal antibody treatment to one of my patient who test positive for covid. They took the IV out of her arm, put her in a wheel chair, and told her "good luck". They did this because she was unvaccinated. They told her the antibody therapy is for vaccinated people, which is an outright lie! By the time I saw this patient after several days, she had labored breathing, headache, extreme fatigue, and a chest pain. It didn't matter to these animals that she had an open heart surgery just a couple of months ago. I hope she sues them. This is a symptom of the disease that has infected this country's leadership. No wonder more people have died this year, since the vaccine became available, than all of 2020. If you want to die, go to Baylor Scott and White - Lake Pointe. They do not deserve a single star. read more

Avoid this hospital at all costs. My mom broke her arm and the ambulance put her in an air cast. When she got to the hospital they took her out of the cast to take an x-ray and never put the air cast back on. They just let her arm dangle there and when I asked for pain medication, the nurse told me I would have to wait because she had paperwork to do. When I demanded pain medication 10 minutes later, the nurse gave it to her and the doctor came in and told her it was just pain, no big deal. Just recently my mom was transferred from rockwall to this hospital because she need to see a kidney specialist. Her blood pressure was very low and she had been severely dehydrated. Rockwall told her she would be transferred that night at 7 PM because this hospital told them they had a bed but they were just waiting for a nurse to come in and set up the room. It was literally two days later before they transferred her at 1 AM. When she gets there, they don't bother to ask her if she can urinate on her own. Instead, they hook up an external catheter. She had excruciating pain and passed out. When she woke up she was in so much pain and called the nurse. She told him she needed to get to the bathroom immediately and he asked her if she could urinate on her own. She told him of course she can so he asked if he could take out the catheter. When he began to take it out he said out loud "they installed it wrong! " my mom ended up leaving the hospital with a large cyst due to the way they installed the catheter. And to think, the nurse that installed it said she was training another nurse who was in the room with her. My mom attempted to give feedback when they surveyed her and she asked for someone to call her but they never did of course. Today a friend of mine had surgery on his arm. They sent him home with the sling very out of place. He had to go back to the hospital tonight and ask them to fix it and they told him they would need to check him in and charge him again. Luckily his girlfriend found a nurse around the corner and she asked her to just come look at it. The nurse had to come over and readjust the entire thing because his arm was hanging out of it. This hospital has been terrible for years and don't be fooled by the Baylor Scott and White name. Baylor Scott and White is letting Lakepointe "rent "their name but everything is still the same as it was with Lakepointe. Same Doctors, nurses and staff. They don't even have the same electronic record system says Baylor Scott & White. Drive to Dallas if you want to go to Baylor or find a Methodist hospital. Heck, even go to Presby but avoid this hospital completely. It sucks because it is very conveniently located. read more

We had the worst experience with the attending physician, Dr. Jeffrey Cunniff. He was very rude to me and my son. My son was born with Lymphedema and he has been battling cellulitis for over a month now in one of his toes. He has been on three different antibiotics and the cellulitis just will not go away. We told Dr. Jeffery Cunniff that he has cellulius and can't get rid of it because he has an open wound that just wont heal, and that he needs iv antibiotes to heal his cellulitis. Dr. Jeffrey Cunniff said to us, "How can you diagnose yourself?* I told Dr. Cunniff that my son was born with Lymphedema and that we have had to deal with cellulitis off and on for 18 years. We know what we need to do to get rid of it, so we came in to get the iv antibioties needed to heal this. Dr. Jeffrey Cunniff told me that this wasn't and emergency and that we shouldn't have carne in. He said that we should have went to our family doctor and to the specialist to get this treated. I told him that we have always came to the ER to treat cellulitis when it wont heal after several rounds of antibiotics. He locked at me and said, "I will do blood work and give him a round of iv antibiotics if thats what you want?" I said yes, give it to him. Dr. Jefrey Cunniff never even took the bandages off to take a look at my sons toes. He asked my son, "How do you know that you still have cellulitis?" My son told him that it was hard to explain, and that he has dealt with celultis many times in his life and he can feel It. Dr. Jeffrey Cunniff looked at him like he was crazy and acted like he didn't believe him. Come to find out, he really didn't believe because he stated on my sons release paperwork that there was no sign of cellulitis and that he was diagnosing him with Lymphedema. He left the room and never came back to check on him after the antibiotic was administered. Dr Jeffrey Cunniff was very rude and umprofessional considering the knowledge and experience that we have with lymphedema and cellulitis. Just because you're a doctor doesnt't give you the right to act like your patents know nothing. You need to learn to treat people with more respect. My family doctor called to check on my son the next day. She asked us why he wasn't still the hospital receiving iv antibiotics? I told her how badly we were treated and Dr Jeffrey Cunniff didn't believe that my son even had cellulitis. She said thats horrible and apologized for our experience, and told me that we had done the right thing, and that my son should still be there on iv antibiotes undi this is healed. She sent another prescription in for two weeks worth of more antibiotics, just so the infection doesn't get worse, and decided not to send us back to Baylor ER since we have a specialist appointment this week. Thankfully Dr. Jeffery Cunniff was the only rude person that we had dealt with at Baylor ER. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and so were both of the nurses that tended to my son. Dr. Jeffery Cunniff, I wil always remember your name, and my family and I will never recommend or use your services again. read more

This hospital is the best! I was well cared for. All the nurses were kind and compassionate. The aids were the same. I would not be able to pick as favorite. Doctors were very good! Friendly and polite. They really took good care of me. I hate ti leave and go to rehab. Food is excellent and cleaning. Even pt and OT! read more

On 8/31/2019 My husband had an accident resulting with a shoulder's fracture. During our visit we requested several times a blanket to no avail. I had to run home for one. How it is possible that they do not have a blanket in the whole hospital? Does the hospital now only uses PAs for the emergency room? because no doctor attended my husband was a PA resulting in bad advise he said, usually that kind of fractures do not require surgery, but the Orthopedic Dr. differs from your PA. Today 9/6/2019, my husband needed some blood tests, to be able to have shoulder's surgery , his Doctor faxed the orders and we waited for almost 2 hours to get the blood withdraw, the person from the laboratory did not know what to do! She was asking me what kind of test was ordered. Where to send the blood, to the pathologist? Please get trained personnel. read more

We went to this emergency room under orders of my husbands physician. My husband was having a massive gallbladder attack, vomiting, chills, could hardly walk. He was given no priority whatsoever. Didn't look like they had enough staff?? There was only one other person in the waiting room. Guess you have to be near death to be seen as important?!? Sad. Dr. Khan will try to run you off quickly. If you're in a negative pressure room, you will inhale alot of fumes from the roof work, and they will lie and say it's safe. When you ask for a MSDS on the chemical they refuse to give it to you, which is highly illegal. read more

I had an allergic reaction to medication yesterday causing full body hives, dizziness, and blurred vision. It was pretty scary and we rushed to the Lake Pointe ER. From start to finish, they were fantastic. Everyone was calm (helping me to remain calm) and expeditious. I've never had a reaction to medication before and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the care they provided. read more

This hospital is the worse hospital ever and need to be shut down I had to wait 2 hours and 47 minutes in the ER just to get my father check out from a Head injury and I " THE ER WAITING ROOM WAS EMPTY" so there is no reason for them to have us wait that long I'm not happy with this hospital and hopes someone shut this place down or make customer service better read more

Go anywhere else but here!! Absolutely no one cared! Left alone for extended time with no call button, no one ever checked or asked if meds were helping, how I was doing. Extremely slow - urine culture sat in my room for an hour before they took it and there were only 2 other patients. Doctor and nurses were condescending and did not help. Left to go to another facility for care - yes it was that bad. read more
