Ross showed up on time. His prices were fair and he worked quickly to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend.

Most companies said they would be able to handle the project, just to be let down in the end. No one was able to do the project, except Diluzio Inc! The whole process from just asking General questions to installation was seamless. Camille and Steven were great in getting my project setup and ready to go in less than a few days. They were able to send two of their amazing team members Roger and Greg to do the installation. Roger and Greg were respectful to my home, and my wishes. They were extremely professional and weren't running the clock, like I have seen with other companies. These guys knew the complexities of the type of chandelier I had, answered all my questions, and were extremely helpful. For anyone trying to do a large project and even a small one, I would highly recommend Diluzio Inc. We literally did a massive 79" crystal chandelier and a smaller glass globe, and I have to applaud Diluzio Inc. Just a tip for those that shop at RH: Please use Diluzio Inc, most companies can't or will not be able to do RH Chandeliers or light fixtures, but these guys can, and will do the project.

Kanika Design - Los Altos hill home remodel and kitchen remodel

Kanika Design

Kanika is an extremely talented designer, and I can't recommend her enough!…read more We bought a house in March 2020 - signed the contract days before covid stay at home orders. My husband and I then spent two years working from home together in our front room (we call it the study now) without any rhyme or reason, just putting our desks wherever they fit, because it all happened so quickly. It was awkward and ugly, cords and monitors everywhere, and not a great look for people walking in our front door. The whole time, I was thinking, "when this is done and at least one of us goes back to the office, I want to make this room into a nice space to read and relax, and also to WFH when I have to." That's where Kanika comes in. I tried changing the place up on my own, but every choice I made seemed to make my space uglier and more awkward. It was time to hire a professional. That decision was worth every penny. In the end, my project turned out to be slightly bigger than just one room. I enlisted Kanika's help in choosing flooring, baseboards and paint for the whole house, furniture for my entire downstairs (we were still using the old living room furniture left by the previous owners), and light fixtures throughout. She was easy to work with and understood immediately what I was going for. My study is a real showstopper now - the walls are this deep blue color that looks amazing, she designed a gorgeous custom bookshelf that makes perfect use of the space, and she picked a couch that is the perfect size, just the right color, and so comfortable. And we still managed to get a desk in there for those WFH days. Literally just the other day, I was on a Zoom with someone and thought "this room behind me is so pretty, it looks like a fake background." But it's real, and in my house! And it wouldn't have happened without Kanika. The paint color she helped me pick for my bedroom is something I never would have chosen on my own, but I still regularly think about how nice it looks whenever I go in there. Same with the color of the living room couch, I'd never have found it on my own, but now that I have it, I love it. She knows her stuff. Kanika's husband Adi runs the business side of things. He managed the project, hiring contractors and keeping everything on schedule. The work was done on time, and he kept us in the loop, patiently answering any concerns or questions. And, no shenanigans with the final cost. Really, hiring Kanika Design was a great decision for us.

I had the opportunity to work with Kanika Design as their contractor. I have a wonderful experience…read morewith them. I love the way they work. They are super clean and dedicated so much time at the job side. I recommended them 100%. You cannot go wrong with them.

My aquarium lights' ballast died. I'd buy a whole new lid but the tank is an odd shape, so I gotta keep that lid and replace the ballast, right? I did this same thing the previous time the ballast died in this lid by buying the part from the lone company in all of the Bay Area that carried this brand of aquarium but no go this year: the retail arm of that aquarium store closed down and I didn't know what kind of alternative replacement I should look for plus I'm all the way up by SFO and not down south in my home town because like a fool I drove all the way up to the now-closed aquarium store without calling first. Did I mention I needed to get lights back over that aquarium ASAP? It's a planted tank, not a goldfish bowl with rainbow gravel and plastic plants. My real plants need light. Enter Siri, who told me All Industrial Electric Supply was near by. I start driving over and then think "With that kind of name, they probably don't sell to the public." So I call, and explain my predicament to the incredibly nice woman who answered the phone and she tells me, "Not a problem, just come over." So I wander into their will-call area, there's a counter back there and Tony is manning the counter and wow, he's also incredibly nice. He took a look at the lid and the light and the busted ballast, figured out what would work (and even more importantly, what would fit because we're talking about a tiny narrow space in an aquarium lid for this ballast), printed out a wiring diagram for me, put all my bits and pieces of my aquarium lid into a nice sturdy box and even carried it all out to my car. On top of all that, I was blown away that they had this part in stock, right there and waiting for me to buy and take home today. The previous time that the ballast died in this lid, I took it to a local high end lamp shop for repair. The lamp shop had my lid on their repair bench for two months trying to locate the right part before I gave up on waiting and took the lid back, still with its dead ballast. While Tony was pulling the part from their cavernous warehouse (seriously, envision the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark) and later while he was printing out the diagram, no fewer than 6 other employees walked by the counter and every single one of them smiled and asked me if I was being taken care of. To which I can only say, yes, you all took very good care of me. Thank you Tony and the rest of the crew at All Industrial Electric, you is good people.
