I've had nothing, but issues with this agency from the start back in March 2024. The aide was…read morescheduled to come 3 days a week, 3 hours a day. She used to come for a half hour or so and rush my grandma with dementia. Then she wore acrylic nails that were 2 inches long and do not belong in Healthcare and cut my grandmother's arm so bad. This aide said she had been doing this for 9yrs yet she wrapped the gauze on my grandmother's arm so tight it was cutting off the circulation. The aide text me 2 hours AFTER she left and told me it was a small cut. Then the aide lied and said she lost the key to my house. So after calling the agency and speaking to the DON and the coordinator, I made a police report. Then I had to change the locks on my house. I asked multiple times for the owner, Anna, to contact me and to reimburse me for having to change the locks on my house. Anna NEVER got back to me to this day. Then recently we had an aide from there who decided to report us to the police for a welfare check. It was obviously a bullshit call. The agency had been here for a year and a half. If my grandmother hadn't been taken care of, someone would have noticed by now!!! There is no consistency with the nursing staff and the owner clearly only cares about the money coming in and not the clients. I would never recommend this agency to anyone. Picture of my grandmother's arm with the cut and bruising all down her arm.

Countrywide Pennsauken N.J. is by far number one of you want the very best care for your loved one…read more! All I can say is thank goodness i found them.... This company actually cares . They go above and beyond to make sure my mom is safe and always well cared for . My mom is 93 with dementia and other medical ailments. Before I found Countrywide , I had been with other agencies. The care was terrible ! Aides wouldn't show ,and I would get no call to tell me that no one was coming ,and they could have cared less about trying to find someone else . Left my mom by herself , when she needs someone at all times . This happened at more than one agency . I never have to worry about that anymore thanks to countrywide . I want someone who will care for my mom like I do . I found them . Thank you so much! So grateful

I was not able to live with my mom. It is astounding to acknowledge that a sociopath essentially…read moreseparated us. That's what crazy people do best- they move the person under their control as far away from a perceived threat as they can. I went along for the ride. I couldn't afford the ride back. As I have said before, my dad let his girlfriend pick the location of our doomed business. Our top opportunity quickly withered in the presence of Pine Barrens trash. And my mom withered, too. Being divorced and alone takes a toll on a soul. However, my mom had a home health aide who helped her for nine years. That is exceptional. Her aide did not steal, which is a common complaint among seniors. My mom's aide did light housekeeping, ran errands, and gave my mom emotional support. I did take off one half of a star for some communication difficulties between the aide and others. Sometimes it is hard to get past language barriers. It is an excellent chance for a person to learn a new language, but critical info can also be lost if there is a misunderstanding. The other half is because my mom often told her aide that she was not needed, and to just not come. This leeway could get out of control, as the aide began to feel comfortable in asking if she could have certain days off. I read a heartbreaking text in which my mom asked for help. There was no response. I presume that her aide came as quickly as she could. I still wonder about outcomes based on criteria of presence or non-presence. My mom's aide adored my mom. My mom was not just a number. She was a person, as her aide is as well. We have to remember that.
