They will ask you to give them a review before you have moved in. I should've been suspicious because when I was asked to give the review, I had not moved in there yet so you think everything's fine everybody's friendly then you move in after you've given them a good review ,and you realize this place is a debacle of illegal activities. The maintenance men that worked there are so unhappy because they are told to cover up any bad unhealthy things that are in the apartment. Any mold any violations are covered up as best as possible by a Band-Aid and not taken care of once you move in ,if you dare ask for something, for example the dishwasher was so filled with mold it makes you sick to your stomach and where the dishwasher drains was filled with hair. I don't know how something so disgusting has not reached the health board of California to shut these people down if you ask for a new dishwasher or you ask for anything to be cleaned then the whole attitude changes and they will not be polite or friendly with you anymore. You are treated as persona non grata, they tell you the apartments are cleaned before you move in the apartment we moved into was so filthy. We had to mop the floor four times for the mop to not be black on the bottom. The carpets are filthy. They are not cleaned and anything you complain about is held against you. I don't know if prime group is aware of how bad the situation is with this management and this person that's called the leasing agent, but I suggest they take peoples complaint seriously this is a lawsuit. A class action lawsuit waiting to happen. I have been told to contact the district attorneys office for real estate consumer complaints because besides the other issues with the conditions and the safety issues in the apartments, they also add fraudulent charges the minute you say you're moving out. It will say you have a zero balance and six months later miraculously you get a bill for all kinds of Trumped up charges that never existed nor are they real ,they will pretend but all the months previous to that your balance will be at a zero balance according to what you can see in your account ,my understanding is they do this routinely and it doesn't seem like prime group cares about the criminal deceit, fraudulent activities, and labor health code violations that are going on at Waterview Apartments. I know they've been made aware of it by many tenants so they're probably in on it and they're condoning this kind of behavior. I have never seen anything like this in my life where people have been so deceitful and underhanded treating you so well before you sign on the dotted line and after that you better be very, and hopefully you can go somewhere else to live because this is not a good place to live. They are not honest business people, and they are in violation of everything that protects the tenants when they live in an apartment.,

There are so many trees and plants throughout the property that it genuinely feels like being surrounded by nature. The layout also makes it feel more spacious than most complexes--it doesn't feel cramped or overly dense. If you value a peaceful environment, this really offers that. The office staff are consistently friendly, kind, and supportive. They've always made me feel valued as a resident (and as a person), which goes a long way. In terms of amenities, it leans more toward the luxurious side--having an in-unit washer and dryer, updated appliances, and A/C, along with access to a gym, pool, hot tubs, sauna, and even a racquetball court, has made things feel really comfortable. I also find it's just a really pleasant place to walk around, with some beautiful lookout spots and views of the water. A special shoutout to the maintenance team--they've been incredible.
