When I returned from my appointment, I met with Mike Hand and indicated much more pruning was needed. He said he would return. We shook hands and I made the mistake of paying him in full based on his promise to complete the job. Shame on me for trusting him. He never returned. He never answered phone call, texts or emails. When I tried to reach Mike Roy ,the owner, he was totally unresponsive. After 10 months, I received a message that Mike Roy called. I tried to call, text, email and send letters to him. NO RESPONSE.
