When I tried to reach Mike Roy ,the owner, he was totally unresponsive. After 10 months, I received a message that Mike Roy called. I tried to call, text, email and send letters to him. NO RESPONSE. The only slight glitch was not making it clear they would not remove the remains from the ground tree stumps - that was my job. Not a big deal, just a surprise task I had not planned for. It was good mulch. I made good use of it and got some needed exercise. The cost was not cheap but good tree work isn't cheap - it's hard work to do it right.
