His guys, Scott & Casey were very pleasant, professional and did an excellent job. So much so we asked them to try to clean an old makeup stain, 2x3, in the carpet that we had made worse trying to clean for months. Not only did Casey make it disappear, he cleaned another dark stain without us asking. One that Stanley Steamer was unable to remove a year ago. Bottom line, great job and very reasonable price. The stains were not very profound but there was an order. I paid for the premium service and after a couple days I can still smell a little oder so I'm disappointed that for the money I still have a little problem. I think for about three times the price of cleaning I could have just had new carpet so given the results I just can't sense the value. If you don't have pet odors and just need a cleaning the fast service and standard price isn't bad. I'd be happy to recommend them and would use them again - just not for the purpose of deodorizing.
