I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the unprofessional and…read morefrankly unacceptable way your spa at Valencia in Naples has handled my appointments over the past five months. Five appointments have been canceled -- five -- with a rotating list of absurd excuses ranging from someone quitting, to illnesses, car trouble, and now, unbelievably, a potential leg amputation. The complete lack of consistency, accountability, and professionalism is staggering. I was told, "this is how the stylist runs her life," as if that excuses the blatant disregard for your customers' time. Let me be clear: I am not interested in excuses. I am a paying customer who showed up for scheduled services and was repeatedly dismissed without warning or consideration. What was promised to me at the time of sale has not been delivered -- not even close. Instead, I've received nothing but broken commitments and poor communication. This is no way to run a business. Based on my experience, I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this spa -- including this location and any others run under Kristen's management. This was not just inconvenient. It was disrespectful.

Easy access, and I was recommended by a hair dresser that only heard but never came. I came looking for permanent makeup for perhaps my eye brows. The place is very small and dark. It is more like a cluttered room that is separated by a salon spa chair. Right then and there I should have left but I waited. The one staff member was washing the pedicure tray as a customer was waiting along with me. After she was done, she then noticed me and I asked about the procedure. Her English was not very good but I figured the person in charge was not present. I showed her the photo from Yelp and asked if this was who she meant. She said yes. I stayed to look and read the materials in the waiting area, when I read and saw the examples of their work, decided to leave. The prices look very reasonable, enough to try. However, for me, the whole place and experience would not suit my taste. Instead it would make me hesitant about cleanliness and expertise. I would say to try going there, it may be your style. My expectations and standards are higher than what this could provide.

Then she gave me arches, but she made the arches pointed! Now where in nature do people have pointed arches? No where! I told her I didn't like it and I wanted her to fix it. She told me in time it would look better. I asked her how will the arches no longer be pointed, she just said in 4 weeks it will look better. So I left and went home and looked at my eye brows and I got very upset I called her first thing this morning and told her I cannot walk around like this. I need this fixed! I have my daughter's wedding coming up and I cannot have pointed arches! She kept insisting that in time it would look better. Then she called me and asked me to come in, in 1 hr. I rushed over there and all she did was tell me the same thing she told me over the phone and for that she told me to come in! I was not happy! I told her I will have to go someplace else to get this fixed. Then she texted me and said if I do that then she will not touch my eye brows again and she still owes me another session! She does not speak English very well and her attitude is terrible and I am very sorry I went to her. She has made me look ridiculous! I am very upset and so is my daughter. I took pictures and showed her and she is very very upset because of how I will look in the photos. This is such a mess and Jackie refuses to help me. I would NOT go to Jackie to any kind of permanenet make up. Save your money and go to someone that knows what they are doing!
