The quality of the food is the worst. My husband called me to go bathroom he use his call bell . I…read moreheard it ringing I drive there being 8 minutes away. He was still waiting and the call bell was still ringing! There was many days when no rehab PT or OT would show up. He would go to group exercises classes but he was not independent in movement both lower extremities ! The head nurse was nice, the greeters were friendly. The Dr assist was kind and good. His muscles were breaking down from non mobility. ( he's in his 80's) He was sent to a rehabilitation facility for PT , rest and what have you . It didn't go well ! He ended up signing himself out' because the care wasn't very good . Needless to say he ended up back in the hospital. The hospital recommended that he go to a rehabilitation facility for Physical Therapy and care . He refused to go back to the previous facility. Thankfully he didn't !!!!!! He was sent to a place called Hathrone Hill in Danvers Ma . If I could give this facility 10 Stars I would! From the first time I went to visit to the day he was released, I was impressed! You are greeted by friendly and informative staff. They show you how to check in and give directions to the room . As my husband and I went to the elevator we noticed how clean everything was. We also noticed the PT areas and activity areas were also very well maintained. We made over way to our friend room and dinner was being served. OMG ! It looked , smelt and from what he said , tasted delicious. ( the other facility's food wasn't even close to being that good ). I don't think it's appropriate to name them as I don't write bad reviews. Hathrone Hill is worth writing about. I think it's hard enough to see a family or friend going through medical issues. So having a place you feel comfortable with is a major stress relief ! I waited until my friend was released to write this because truthfully I was ready to write this review from day one ! I waited until he was released because I felt that I needed to write a review of this importants , that was not just the first impression but also the last! Hats off to everyone involved in the process and care of the patients in your facility. God bless you all

I brought my son to Dr. Labell for an ankle injury after he'd spent a year trying multiple rounds…read moreof physical therapy, PRP, and shockwave treatments with no improvement. From the very first visit--which began with an in-depth and thoughtful assessment--I was thoroughly impressed. After just nine sessions, Dr. Labell had him running again and equipped him with a lasting foundation of exercises and stretches that will benefit him for years to come. Dr. Labell truly sees the big picture and is genuinely invested in his patients' physical and mental well-being. The clinic itself is exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and filled with a positive, motivating energy from everyone working toward their recovery goals. I'm extremely grateful he was recommended to us and can't recommend him highly enough.

Every single time Bryan has steered me in the right direction. When I go to a PT, I want guidance to diagnost my issue and help to get me better. This is exactly what they do. If you want a "shoulder to cry on" or if you want a place to see you every week and milk your workman's comp, this is not your place. They will give you the tools to avoid surgery and get healed, but you are responsible for doing the work. If you do what they recommend, you'll get better. Simple as that. If you don't, you won't (and will likely end up on a surgery table somewhere). Go there open-minded. Listen. Do the work. Get better.

Amazing! I've been to several chiropractors over the years and I feel so fortunate to have found…read moreDr. Tyler Pinstein. The adjustments are much more comprehensive than any other doctor I've seen. I have been seeing him for awful TMJ, neck pain/forward neck posture and back pain. I'm definitely making progress and feel relief every time I leave. He doesn't rush through in two minutes and is incredibly thorough & knowledgeable. He has educated me on not just posture but the power of breathing correctly which has helped my anxiety tremendously. There is a focus on wellness being the whole person. I'm someone who gets nervous with doctors, especially male ones and he is so kind & supportive that it puts me at immediate ease. Not that this is a deciding factor for a lot of people but the waiting area when you first walk in is beautiful and peaceful. It sets the tone. It's very easy to get ahold of the office and his wife who coordinates the phone booking is super sweet and helpful. I can tell they're obviously really busy but can find me what I need for an appointment whether before work or after. My teenage son who's a football player and lifts very heavy weights will be seeing Dr. Pinstein next week for the first time too. I won't be using insurance for my son (though do use Harvard Pilgrim for me) and the rates for out of pocket were unbelievably low and reasonable. I wouldn't let my son see just anyone and feel very confident and safe about him coming here. I can't recommend Dr. Pinstein enough! He's by far the best chiropractor on the north shore and I would say anywhere!
