From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like family, not just another customer. They worked hard to get the best parts for my Ram truck, and the results speak for themselves--it honestly looks even better than before. The quality of the work and attention to detail really stood out. What impressed me most was their communication and reliability. They were timely with everything and always answered the phone whenever I had questions--even on the weekends. That level of dedication is hard to find. You can also tell the owner runs a very tight ship and treats his employees well, which shows in how professional, organized, and friendly the whole team is. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and people who genuinely care about their customers.

I dropped off my 2004 Toyota Prius this morning to have the front bumper replaced (after an incident in which a mack truck clipped the front corner of my parked car in January) and expected to pick up my car this evening with a new bumper. Pretty minimal expectations, honestly. But they managed to go above and beyond! They did a fantastic job on my bumper, cleaned my headlights (something that has been on my to-do list for years now, so that is a huge life saver), did an excellent interior/exterior clean, and even left a little goodie bag in the car. Let us also go back to the part where the did all of this in a day! When was the last time you had car work done in 1 day?! As an added bonus, the people there are an absolute delight to work with! My husband and I are absolutely tickled by this experience and will absolutely be using and recommending Salem Auto Body for any and all future car needs!

Then I found Salem Auto Body and Corinn completely changed the experience for me. She's not only incredibly kind and helpful but she's a business owner you can truly trust. She walked me through everything, gave me a quote that was nearly half the price of the other shop, and even found a used red door that matched my car perfectly, saving me another $200. I never felt like she was trying to upsell or take advantage. I honestly felt like she had my best interest in mind the entire time. The work done is incredible my car looks amazing, they detailed the inside, and I felt so taken care of. I loved the staff so much I kind of wish I could just hang out there! Thank you, Corinn and team I'll be recommending you to everyone I know.

Needless to say, I was devastated. Had to make a hit and run claim because the neighbor would not admit anything, even though the paint transfer on the door and rust on the ground were 100% from her car. My appraiser recommended Classic, so I called and made an appointment. When I went there on a Wednesday, Tony said to bring it in on Monday so I wasn't wasting my rental while they researched doors and also the weekend passing. I thought that was very considerate of him! Dropped it off on the Monday at about 8:15am, and they set up the rental. Got picked up and had my rental and was at work by 9am. Not bad! I mentioned to Tony that there was a preexisting scratch on the hood and on the bumper that I would like a quote for. He said don't worry, we'll take care of you. The car was ready Thursday afternoon, and I picked it up on Friday. As soon as I saw it, it was like a weight had been lifted. The new door looked and worked perfectly, and the paint was an exact match. You would never know that it was new! Also, I couldn't find the scratch on the hood and bumper! They gave me a great price on the extra work I had them do, and it looks like it just rolled out of the factory. All in all, they took an awful situation and made it into a GREAT experience. Tony and Jimmy take pride in their work and their customers and it shows. I've never had this kind of experience with a mechanic or auto body shop before, and I will definitely come back in the future, and I'm telling all my friends and family! Thanks guys!
