The installer did a good job overall--he arrived on time and installed the new valve correctly. There were no issues with the technical work itself. The main disappointment was with billing and follow-up. They charge from the moment they leave their facility, not from arrival on site, which is important to note given their rates are not inexpensive. I ended up spending $300 for a job that I could have done myself in about 10 minutes. The installer was initially scheduled to return after the building turned the water back on to verify that the valve was functioning properly. However, after we inquired about travel time, the owner reacted negatively, was rude and unprofessional, and ultimately decided not to return. Would I use their service again? Probably not. read more

Owner is rude He acted very unprofessional. This happened over two years ago. The plumber, who actually came to my home was very nice and very professional. The problem was the owner of the company and his attitude. read more

Bay Plumbing is great! I have used them for several things, but recently Albert came and saved me a bundle by suggesting an easier fix on an issue I had with a recently renovated tub. I'm very grateful. read more

Plumber Chris is a life saver. I had a bad back up and he went right to work and got me up and running in no time. Same day service too!

Worst Ever. They charged my Mom (in her 90's) $150 to come out and look at a leak issue. They didn't mention that they were going to charge $150 for the estimate when she called to make the appointment. They surprised her with that large bill after they arrived and had a look. They were on-site for about 20 minutes. This is very slimy and unethical -- not to mention elder abuse. Steer clear of this company. read more

Don't use Bay Plumbing. We used them for years and this past week called them to fix a blocked toilet. Two rather elderly plumbers arrived, spent a total of about 15-20 minutes working on it and claimed it was fixed. Charged $219 (with travel time and parking) and left and 10 minutes later it was blocked again. A handyman I know came and fixed it immediately after that and accepted $50 for his work and it is perfect. We called Bay Plumbing to ask for a refund and they said they would refund $44. I now have to dispute the credit card charge. read more

Spoke to Robert and Victoria about my plumbing issue. Nick came and he was on time, neat, tidy and efficient. He fixed my problem and I was very grateful that I called Bay Plumbing. Have used them for 25 years and they are all outstanding. Thank you Marsha Raeber read more

Had a leaking shower that dripped all night and called Bay Plumbing but never again. Unresponsive and rude dispatcher. If you want to be ignored and teated rudely call them. read more

I called for "emergency" repair, the price was OUTRAGEOUS!! Will NEVER call them again...what they fixed was good, only took a half hour, but charged me, "through the teeth"...Absolute ROBBERY...don't call them unless they are the last plumber on the face of the earth. We are senior citizens, on a fixed income, and we had to give them "an arm and a leg" for the repair. DON'T CALL THEM! read more

The employees are awful. They came to to do work and literally got into a yelling argument with the staff at my building because they wouldn't follow direction about where to park. The Bay Plumbing employee literally was threatening to fight the guy trying to do his job. They're complete animals. The most unprofessional people I've ever worked with and that's saying a lot for Miami. Super embarrassing. I recommend to use Borkat Plumbing. Super professional people. The people at Bay Plumbing are ratchet AF. You don't want these people in your home. read more

Had hired them years prior with a good experience. Called them again for a leaking water heater and they were able to come even sooner than the agreed upon day since the leak had gotten worse. Were in and out quick and the job well done! read more

The saga continues. After thousands of dollars and 2 years and 3 toilets we finally had to call another plumbing company (Coral Gables Plumbing) because the toilet STILL continued to get stuck. LO AND BEHOLD the most amazing thing was discovered . An old metal pipe cutting tool had been lodged in the pipes for many years! I don't understand why Bay Plumbing did not discover this since we were told and we paid for the same camera diagnostics that Coral Gables Plumbing did. read more

Bay Plumbing , although used in past, was unreliable and unresponsive to an emergency at a private school with very young students on campus that had all toilets backing up. Repeatedly called and told on way ot next call. Do not use a service that cannot perform. Anle to use Coral Gables plumbing who responded immediately late afternoon when called . read more

After asking neighbors for recommendations, I decided to call Bay Plumbing to take a look at my tankless water heater. They explained pricing and set up a time to visit between 12 and 2. They called first. I missed the call and returned it within 5 minutes. They explained I would be the next stop. A short time later, the receptionist/dispatcher told me they weren't sure what they could do for me and that I should just buy a new water heater. I didn't even speak to a plumber to discuss the issue. They gave me the impression that it was the end of their day and just didn't want to bother. I ended up having the water heater repaired. It was an easy fix. Certainly did not cost the amount of a new unit. I won't call Bay Plumbing again. read more

MAJOR RIP OFF IN TRAVEL CHARGES!! I have used Bay Plumbing for several years and have always had great service from the plumbers they send. Yesterday I called them to snake my kitchen drain, they sent a plumber out, first call, who successfully cleared the drain and handed me a bill for just under $400. My issue is that $120 of that charge was for 'travel charges'. It cost me $120 before the plumber even knocked on my door. Bay Plumbing is 6 miles away, I paid $20 per mile for a plumber to drive to my home. When I called the office to inquire about such a large travel charge, I was told 'we charge for travel time and that's what it costs'. STAY AWAY read more

Last Friday afternoon, we had a major leak in our sink at the office after a tropical rainpour. Water was spewing everywhere and dangerously close to our servers. We called two other plumbers, left messages, and never even got a call back. Then a friend of mine referred me to Bay Plumbing, and boy I'm sure glad that she did! They responded with a call back within 20 minutes, and were at my office just 30 minutes after that. Friendly, hones, reasonable and dependable - they have all of the qualities that you could possibly hope for in a plumber. read more

I have used Bay Plumbing for many years for jobs both large and small. When I had a major leak a few years ago, they brought a smart solution that saved me a lot of money and a ton of headache. Recently, they quickly and efficiently changed a broken shower fixture. The guys are always friendly and on time, they clean up and, most importantly, give it to you straight. read more

I just spoke to Juan, who is the emergency night person at bay, with a number of questions about replacing the sink. I got to say he was extremely helpful in areas that go way beyond normal plumbing services, and he was very generous with his time. I've called around to a lot of different companies. And most people don't have that time a day for anybody unless they're looking to book them at the moment. So it makes me feel pretty good about this company, that there is someone that's willing to talk about where to buy the lowest cost bathroom sink, whenI even told him there's a good chance I might just mount it myself. He did share their pricing @ the end of the call & it didn't seem bad at all, and I don't have one of these bullshit 3-4 hour minimum commitments. The building is a very nice building, and they appear to be middle upper two luxury in read more

Absolutely the best plumbing company in Miami/Coconut Grove/Key Biscayne...highly recommend Bay Plumbing - they immediately showed up to help with our emergency; since it involved buying our house, just prior to Closing, it was a tremendous relief to our family. read more

This place has the worst customer service. Don't even waste your time calling. It's frustrating enough dealing with a plumbing issue to then have to deal with rude, uncaring individuals. If I could have given less than one star, I would. read more
