Fortunately, a kind Samaritan provided a temporary fix to get her to Mobile, at which time, we planned to visit a shop for further inspection by a professional. Naturally, she was relieved to arrive in Mobile but also worried about her ability to make the drive home and I was concerned, as well. Being that it was going to be 3-4pm before she arrived and that it was also Friday, I was concerned about being able to be seen on a whim, too. I wasn't sure who to call but recently had new tire replacement at Majestic Tire and had a pleasant experience. Thus, I figured I would start there and give them a call. I explained the situation and how my friend would be leaving Sunday evening to go home (this was simply a weekend visit) and asked if they could possibly take a look at her vehicle. Surprisingly, they told me to go ahead and come in as soon as she arrived in Mobile. I was grateful they were going to see us, especially given it was Friday and only a couple hours until close. But would you believe they stayed after about 15 minutes to finish up her car? I am sure after a hardworking and busy week, everyone was eager to go home but they cared enough about us and our situation to stay the extra 15 minutes. I need to mention as well that this wasn't some kind of money making job. What they charged us wasn't much which makes it even more impressive they still cared. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the integrity and compassion of everyone at Majestic Tire. Not only is their pricing competitive, they do quality work and everyone I have interacted with has been so nice. It is a huge relief to know I have a place I can go when inevitable car trouble strikes (or necessary maintenance). Thank you so much!

I even ordered a new linkage bar bc the one that fell out didn't look right.... The bracket where top gromit goes was not there now. So still sitting unable to move . BULLSHIT FOR around 2Grand! And I thought Glen was good people but i voiced my opinion , never ever ever ever even if they were the last transmission place on earth would I recommend ESPECIALLY IF YOUR FEMALE!!!! This shop is family owned, it was started well over 30 years ago by two brothers. There commitment to service and costumer satisfaction is very important to them and one of the reason they have been in business for so long. I took my 1994 Jeep Wrangler to them to diagnose a clicking sound coming from my engine. Not only did they find it, they fixed it in a short amount of time. They also replaced my transmission on such Jeep. My Jeep has never run so good. Someone mentioned in a review these people where not to be Trusted. It's funny that many I mean many people recommend this place. I come from Ocean Spring to take my cars to them. I have never had but honestly and high integrity from everyone at Coles. How else do you stay in business for over 30 years.

I asked the older gentleman at the desk about the honda and he adimately denys they have ever worked on this vehicle, argues with me about it. Mind you i have a stack of receits in the glove box from this place, finally he gets the vin number and then says yeah we worked on this vehicle. I was thinking great we are finally getting somewhere. So i asked to make an appointment to get the things fixed on the car and he refuses to let me make an appointment, says they dont do that there, which blew my mind. I said ok let me get an alignment while im here, he says theres not enough time left in the day. It was 2 in the afternoon and they werent busy. I said ok can i make an appointment for tomorrow or wednesday to get the alignment and he replys no we dont do that. So...... obviously they dont need business there. Airport tire came highly recommended by locals. we needed a complete set of tires for our truck…read more We stopped in and the gentlemen were very polite, very busy, knowledgeable, willing to give us estimates on two or three different tires and explain the differences in the quality and characteristics and prices of these tires. They were also willing to answer all my questions! Well done! When we decided on the tires based on their recommendation, with their estimate in hand, we went to our dealership and gave them a chance to suddenly come up with the tires they no longer had, and provide them at a cheaper rate, (note: they did not know that we had an estimate from another location) Not only did they beat airport tires price, but they also provided us with free laser alignment. So, airport Tire did not get our business this time, but they are in a Rolodex now, and we will definitely be contacting them in the future.

He didn't make me feel rushed and he genuinely concerned about making sure I was comfortable with any decisions made regarding my car. I recently decided to take my vehicle in for some general maintenance, I heard a strange noice I could not figure out what it was ( I'm definitely no mechanic by far) and explained it to the mechanic. He knew what it was immediately after driving it. It did take a little longer to fix than I was expecting, but he communicated that with me upfront, so I was aware. I will return in the future with any of my vehicle needs.
