Mine had the serial numbers on it and this doesn't. He said he cleaned a few times and it's dirty than the original one I had on. I even marked the carb before I took it in. I have pics to proof it and dated. Don't let a business lie to you. Just being honest with you all. I'll question my attorney about it. This just upsets me to be lied to but he did get it running. On a recent trip over to MI and the Upper Peninsula, I developed an issue with the rear tire on my 1999 Honda Valkyrie and couldn't continue much further on it. After making a few calls to shops in the area, Bill @ Steven's Cycle was able to find a suitable tire in their stock. He then coordinated with their sister shop, Stevens' Sport Center, and arranged to have that tire delivered to the Midland location. Travis @ the Midland location had a technician available when I rolled in to get it installed. Their service technician, Joe Doucet, had me back on the road in short order. In all, we only lost about 2 hours of travel time. I couldn't thank these guys enough for their efforts on my behalf. Their collective actions allowed us to continue our 2,250 mi. journey with little interruption. Just wanted to spread the good word!

Wilson put a new motor in my boat, I had a few problems with it but he took care of it. I did not…read morebother him or treat him disrespectful but gave him the time and space he needed to resolve the problem. Wilson even came down to the pier in Bay City Mi. on a Sunday, to see what kind of problems I was dealing with. Wilson is a small operation and he tries to do his best to help all his customers. I witnessed that, when I happened to be at his shop picking up my boat around closing time, a customer was heading north for the weekend and he stayed after hours to complete a job so someone would have a good weekend. He has put a new lower unit on my boat, switched the wiring around to make it more convenient to shut the batteries off. Wilson has put many new parts on my boat at a reasonable price and I appreciate having qualified mechanics that know how to fix things right! As far as how quick he gets a job done, I've always been patient and understanding of his situation. My biggest concern has always been am I going to have a reliable boat?

We have a 1979 super glide in mint condition now that we had it repainted we would not trade it for a new bike. He laced the real wheel and mounted it on the bike. The starter motor was bad. Was riding the bike one day and it made a popping noise which fried the charging system. He repaired that also. He's great at his job and really knows what he is doing. Unlike some shops that say they can work on an old bike and then screw it up. If you need your bike worked on I suggest not waiting until the spring or summer, as he's super busy. His prices are reasonable too. We lived in Florida for 23 years and there were several shops that could work on old bikes in the Tampa Bay Area, but not so here two hours north of Detroit and the burbs.
