Hired these guys to install a gas hearth heater (replacing an old broken one) and they were great. Very easy to schedule appts with. The heater I ordered actually turned out to be defective and they didn't charge me for the the time they spent trying to install it, they just came back when a replacement arrived and happily installed it and repaired something in the thermostat that also needed fixing free of charge.
