When the company I worked for began to have financial problems, we fell behind in rent 2 months. I asked the property management to work with me during a transition to a new employer, they were completely unwilling to work with us, instead filed eviction papers. Fast forward, a few days before the date we needed to leave, I again asked the new manager to work with us, I told her we were now only $600 from being entirely caught up, didn't matter, not willing to work with us. So we packed everything up and left the place immaculate. The day we left the manager calls and asks for a forwarding address so she can send the final bill, I asked her what the amount was she tells me something north of $9,000! So they wouldn't work with us even though we would be caught up completely a week after our eviction date, then they want us to pay for the remainder of the lease even though we weren't allowed to stay there. The place now sits empty, but they'd rather have it empty and make a family go homeless than give us one extra week to be caught up and keep us. Bottom line is, they are heartless, then they rub salt in the wounds and want to give you some ridiculous bill after kicking you out. Now, we did have several maintenance issues while living there. The maintenance man was great, but the management would take forever to get blinds that were broke, a new toilet seat took weeks, they almost never have gas for the BBQ grill, we had snakes coming around and bats in our attic pooping and making a mess. We had great neighbors, we liked the location and the community in general. The biggest drawback was the fact they were not willing to work with us then trying to stick it to us after telling us we couldn't stay. Sure, we were behind in rent but I got a new job with the ability to catch up and stay current going forward, all we needed was one extra week! We weren't deadbeats trashing the place, by now we'd be completely current and they'd have people who took excellent care of the place. Their constant management changes, their unwillingness to work with us and their lousy attitude is all bad customer service.

The gate is never closed even though this is advertised as a gated community and it is not a safe place to live and have your stuff. Also amazon packages get stolen if you leave them in front of your door. When I called the manager Ms W, she only said it was very unfortunate. No solution offered, no concern at all. They went to GREAT lengths to keep me quiet, GREAT LENGTHS instead of being a decent property management company. We ALWAYS paid our rent early and ultimately displaced me and my pregnant wife who was carrying our high risk premature baby who now has heart defects (have to wonder how much of the mold and the stress of this place contributed to that) due to the fact that I started to speak with other residents who were just as unhappy as we were to organize some accountability on account of "disturbing the peace and quiet enjoyment of residents. Take a look at some of the photos here and decide yourself how much enjoyment you might have living with this stuff.
