The "so called owner' of this place did not even looked at what was done wrong, and just stubbornly resisted fixing the mistake, by saying that, 52 -hour class in person is a one unit class. What else one can explain to evaluater like this? Nothing. Just go somewhere else, and save your money, time and energy by dealing with someone more knowledgeable, and who has ethical principles. These "evaluators" are getting away with their poor behavior since a lot of people come from abroad, don't know many people yet, and tolerate that. As a citizen who studied abroad, I find such business "etiquette" unacceptable.

I hope the agency updates their website to reflect any changes in policy more transparently to avoid confusion for future clients.

My son was a grade behind and was having a hard time reading and writing when he was at kindergarten. His kinder teacher was suggesting I repeat his kindergarten year. When he came in to take an assessment last march, he could not read or write any simple words. But now, after 11 months at PEL he is 1 year above his grade level. He is in 1st grade now and he is helping other kids in his class as well if they are stuck. We are so glad that we didn't keep him one more year in kindergarten. Not only that, he scored pretty good above on his latest iReady at school. We are so happy of my son's achievement and grateful for all the excellent work that PEL staff has provided. I liked their approach towards someone new to public speaking. I felt at home, amongst friends. Over a period, I have liked the opportunities received to improve my communication and leadership skills. I love the grammarian's feedback particularly for everyone during the meeting and enthusiasm members have in impromptu speaking. Overall, I am giving 5 stars because I don't have a reason to quit learning from every meetings at the club. P.S. : timings are good (after work) and manageable attendance which gives every member a chance to speak or take up a role in each meeting.
