I received 4 quotes for stone installation for our kitchen renovation. This included waterfall and backsplashes (including one tall panel up the wall). Leo was very easy to communicate with and prompt with their quote. The breakdown: - 1 company was at $14.5K. - 2 companies were at $11-12K. - BAME was at $9K. We selected them to do the work and are happy with the job they did. Importantly, Leo is very detailed oriented and we were allowed to come in person to view the templates and approve of the graining. He spent quite a bit of time explaining the layout to us. There were only 2 minor issues: - A fabrication issue that left a small gap with the floor. This was an understandable mistake, because the floor was different heights, but I forgot to point this out. Unfortunately this could not be fixed because the stone was already cut. - Communication could have been better. Leo prefers text, but sometimes takes a while to respond. I think this is because he is very busy, but I think they would benefit from having an office assistant / scheduler. read more

All Natural Stone recommended we hire Leo for the installation of all my vanities, kitchen island, and countertops, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He installed porcelain countertops in 4 bathrooms, a bar, an entire kitchen and island and a fireplace hearth! We had some tricky asks - trying to not have any veining go into the seams but also making sure we had the right part of the slab showing and he delivered! Leo is very kind and genuinely cares about his clients and wants to ensure they are happy with the outcome of the work he does. He is also very professional, trustworthy, dependable and his attention to to detail is top notch. We were also in a time crunch trying to move into our home and he was sensitive to our needs and got the job done in time. Thank you Leo, we so appreciate you, yoru team and your work! read more

Leo and Manuel and the team did a fantastic job of fabricating and installing a new onyx front for our fireplace. We love the way it turned out. When they did the installation, it looked trickier than brain surgery but they knew what they were doing. They are a family business; trustworthy, dependable, great to work with, super dependable and just nice humans! We will use them anytime we do marble/stone work. read more

We are so happy that our contractor, Rick Kaitz, recommended Leo and his team from Bay Area Marble Experts to fabricate our porcelain countertop for a bathroom remodel. His attention to detail is remarkable. He initially made a template to use as a guide for fabricating the porcelain slab. He was able to match the vein on the countertop slab to the back splash so that it looks seamless and natural with beautiful continuity. Their workmanship shows great pride and commitment to customer satisfaction. They kept everything neat and clean. They showed up on time and were very respectful to our stipulated requests. We are more than satisfied with the services provided by Bay Area Marble Experts and would highly recommend & use them for future kitchen remodel as well. read more

Fantastic work all around. We're in the midst of a major house renovation, and Manny and Leo were by far the most professional, pleasant, and talented tradespeople we've worked with, bar none. We had two different types of slab (quartz and quartzite) for our kitchen countertops, and both came out looking absolutely perfect. Very good rates as well. We'd hire them again for any other countertops in an instant. I can't underscore how amazing the quality of work is. These guys are the best! read more

If you are looking for a fabricator to work with or are looking for remnant pieces to complete your project LOOK NO FURTHER. Leo is amazing and will take excellent care of you from start to finish. He was recommended by my parents who worked with him after their quartz was ordered through All Natural Stone, and he did an amazing job for them. When I contacted him I informed him I was looking for a remnant piece for a bathroom remodel we were doing everything else ourselves for and he immediately offered an appointment to take a look at his inventory. He considered every aspect of our install from double checking our 2x4" frame out to where the little iron deposits in the stone can be placed to get nixed with faucet cutouts and talked us through it all. We were blown away by his passion for his work and his attention to detail. He was very responsive the whole way through and answered all our questions. His team did a phenomenal job installing the mitered edge top+apron for our floating vanity. Talk about a technical cut and install! Thank you Leo and team! Looking forward to working with you again soon. read more

These guys were no less than amazing, I feel so lucky to have found them on Yelp. The communication was clear, they got back to me quickly, unlike a half dozen others who either didn't get back to me or quoted an outrageous price. You can tell they really care about the quality of their work and are true professionals. They did everything from recommend a place to get stone ( I found what I wanted MUCH cheaper there), to suggesting design tweaks and overall doing a fantastic job. We needed it done quickly and they were very accommodating without sacrificing an ounce of quality. You don't come across this level of craftsmanship and professionalism every day, in fact it's so rare, it's super refreshing to work with someone who is really that good. I cannot recommend them enough, you won't go wrong with these guys! read more

We recently replaced our old tile counter tops with granite. Leo and his team exceeded expectations. They were prompt with communication, reasonable with prices, flexible on scheduling and easy to work with all around. I was amazed when they showed up on the first day at 9:30 am and by 3pm they had already demolished our old counters, installed new hard top and made templates! Then about a week later, everything was finished including a custom mosaic inlay installed above the cooktop. They did a great job and we are really happy with it. Half a star off because they were kind of late, but Leo totally made up for it. He did a perfect job enlarging the hole in the granite for the new sink. I accepted his offer to trim the wood in the cabinet interior which was in the way, and he made sure the new sink fit. Very nice guy and I would definitely look to them again if I need marble or granite work done. read more

Leo and Manny did a fabulous job fabricating and installing our new kitchen countertops. We were referred to them by a stone store who gave us several referrals, but when we told them we were considering porcelain, they said that in that case, we should really only consider these guys. That said a lot to us about their skill level, as we had heard stories of fabricators not doing a great job with porcelain installation. We actually ended up going with quartz, and getting four estimates. We had a really good feeling from meeting with Manny and communicating with Leo (they are SO nice and so easy to reach and so laid back!) and were pretty much going to go with them either way, but their estimate also came in well below the other companies. Our new countertops look fantastic. They did a beautiful job matching the veining for the mitered edges, *and* did it all with one slab. These guys were just great all along, and we really appreciate them! Thank you, Leo and Manny :) read more

I was in a pinch as my countertop installer fell through at the last minute. I scrambled to find an installer with multiple people not returning the call, and some companies try.ing to exorbitant amount of money. I contacted Leo at Bay Area Marble Experts and he promptly responded my to my phone call and said he would be able to do the install for me. My project was fairly extensive as it was 5 large slabs for a 12 feet by 4 feet island, surrounding wall countertops, slabs for back wall splash including a large center one from countertop to ceiling for my 48inch hood. Also he installed 2 double bathroom vanities and 1 single vanity. I was only down to one usable sink so we had to stagger the install in order for us to have a functional sinks and Leo came on 3 separate days to facilitate this. I high recommend Leo for your install. He is very friendly and accommodating. read more

This is my 2nd time to use the company. Leo and his brother, Manuel did an excellent job again in installing countertops. They are very pleasant to work with as well. When I called Leo, who was planning his family trip to Mexico. He came to do the measurement and passed the installation to his brother Manuel. Leo even picked up my phone call in Mexico on his vocation. Manuel finished the work nicely within my schedule frame. They are professional, friendly, and technically excellent. Working with this company was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had with a contractor. They were highly recommended by the stone distributor and what a great recommendation it turned out to be. It is a family-owned and run business so someone is always reachable and responsive. From Nancy in the office, to Leo and Manny who do the hands-on work, everyone was helpful and provided great service. They were there when they said they would be and actually finished the job ahead of schedule. I had new quartzite counters put into a kitchen which included demolition of the old and fabricating the new. They even made a cutting board out of a remnant. I would definitely use this company again. read more

Leo and Manuel saved our home remodel with stellar countertop work! The shop where we bought the stone was supposed to install it, too. But after messing up the scheduling twice, we called in Leo and Manuel as pinch hitters. They came when they said they would, did a beautiful job, and--here's the rare part--charged a reasonable price. We were so happy with our kitchen (complete with waterfall island) that we asked them to do the bathrooms, too. Now we're doing an outdoor kitchen with a grill and guess who just came to do the template for the counter? You go it: Leo! read more
